We ate here twice in 3 days because we liked it so much. Lively mix of young people, couples and families in a cosy informal room with outdoor street option. Staff were engaging and relaxed. Everything is freshly caught and different daily - menu on a child's chalkboard. Superb ravioli with prawns, tuna tartare and tuna balls, anchovies, fried squid and octopus, grilled giant prawns, swordfish, razor clams, mussels and much more. Just beware the chilli in olive oil dip that blew our heads off! Very reasonable prices. Busy both nights (Saturday and Tuesday). Recommended!Thank you so much and apologize for our maccheroni english. But we are following an expedited course ... which is late to give its fruit unfortunately. We love you

When you get in looks like an old âAl Pacinoâ movie location. Wide spaces with Service dressed up very elegant. Nothing to say about food and professional service but really the location.... Many old couple going there because seems to be a very old restaurant since probably 2 generations family management. With a good reputation. Price a bit high, I honestly would rather to pick a nice view restaurant with more or less the same food taste. Itâs not a complain but honestly to me, I would go back there only as someoneâs guest

Ho visto questo locale su internet ed ero curiosa di andarci di persona le recensioni e le foto del cibo gia erano invitanti e cosi ieri con il mio ragazzo siamo andati Ci ha accolto michele il proprietario con un gran sorriso e una grande ospitalità il locale è pulitissimo , semplice ed accogliente con musica soffusa a stile vineria . I piatti abbondanti,consigliati e cucinati accuratamente da lui .E' un grande impegno gestire la sala e stare in cucina e lui lo fa con passione gli ingredienti freschissimi e vino a volontà .. ci ha offerto anche i dolci e il licuore preparato dalla mamma rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo in piu ci ha intrattenuti a tutti con dei giochi di magia eravamo diventatti tutti come una famiglia non potevo scegliere posto migliore per festeggiare il mio compleanno ...grazie michele Erica

Tucked away off a lovely countryside road we found this restaurant which local friends recommended. Reservations are suggested for weekends and holidays. They are open for lunch only during week days. The establishment is family run and operated. Vincenzo greeted us and was our waiter.The food is simple and offers a taste of local Cilento home style cuisine. Vincenzo discusses the daily specials and we are comfortable not seeing a menu. The appetizer consisting of cheese, charcuterie and grilled vegetables was fresh and nicely prepared. We followed with paccherie pasta in a pesto sauce and a crock of baked cavatelli pasta with squash and provolone cheese. ( Italian version of Mac-n-cheese?) Local red wine by the pitcher was standard.For desert we opted for the traditional Easter wheat pie and a baba' with two espresso. The cost was 47 euro for three of us. Certainly worth dining there- quaint, homey and tasty comfort food.

Visited this restaurant with my family. We went to have dinner and the whole experience was amazing. The restaurant is so beautiful and it has a great atmosphere. Itâs really close to the center of Battipaglia. A big plus, is that thereâs a lot of space in the parking lot, so you wonât have any problem parking. The service was outstanding, the waiters and the rest of the staff were really friendly, and they took our order right away. Finally, the food was delicious, it was easy to notice the quality and freshness of the products that they use. I highly recommend il riso con asparagina selvatica e gamberi rossi, le pizze fritte (or the regular wood-oven Pizza) and gli taglioni allâuovo con i piselli e calameretti. Iâd recommend this place to anyone who wants to have a complete dining experience (gourmet food, outstanding service, affordable prices and great atmosphere), whether they plan on going with their couple, family or friends.

We visited one evening for a meal in front of the Temple and shared a Caprese salad and meat and cheese platter. So delicious and tasty with fresh ingredients sourced locally. Buffalo mozzarella and the flavoursome tomatoes here are like nothing we have in England! Staff friendly and attentive but not in your face. Would definitely recommend.

If you have the means and youâre visiting Paestum then this is definitely a place to seek out. Had great pizza here (and Iâm not normally a fan) and the staff/owner were very welcoming. Visited off season and it was quiet but it is on a busy road. Would definitely visit again.
