Food was excellent! Service was timely for our party of 6. Only slight negative was that our server, Aaron could've been more friendly. I don't think he smiled one time. Faded Rose is one of our favorite places, just feels homey and the food is always spot on. Don't miss out on the stuffed mushrooms! yummy

All the staff were friendly and professional. Our server Catherine T was fantastic. She was very attentive and accommodating.The food was amazing and plentiful. Fresh and hot. As busy as this place is, no one is lazy in there. Of course, Iâve never met Pete. Excellent Cajun/creole specialties with great poboys, fish, etc. Get your fish grilled, fried, blackenedâall uniformly excellent. Great bread for poboys, which is key. Order at the counter, grab a beer on ice, and they yell out your number and you pick it up. In a strip mall. Pretty good stuff for a landlocked state.
