Really interesting menu, awesome atmosphere inside and outside of what appears to be a tin shack in a sleepy fishing village. I went with a group of 8. There was no way to make a reservation, but we were eventually seated outside at the tables on the beach. As for the menu, there was nothing you could go wrong with. Chipotle chicken was just spicy enough with generous amount of greens and cilantro and a plate of rice to put out the burn. Pork lunch came with a delightful curried mustard and breads. Many drinks were imbibed off their extensive drink menu (apricot wine, umeshu, chu-hai, mojitos), so taking the bus or walking from Maborikaigan station is recommended. We discovered though that they have a really good deal on dessert set for 700 yen which includes a slice of cake and an alcoholic drink from the regular drink menu. (Drinks by themselves were 600yen or more regular price.) No hawks or other large birds thought to take our food, because the friendly Rottweiler in residence became very attached to our tables. I would say this place is dog friendly, since the owner's dog, Kota, didn't seem bothered in the least by the other patron's dogs stepping into her territory, but reserved the right to growl when she was tired of being petted or someone was taking too many pictures without paying in bread. This place has some parking in a sandy lot and does have take out boxes.

Unexpected wonder on the SW Miura Peninsula. Incredible outdoor terrace over the water that looks out on Mt Fuji. Classic Southern California vibe that instantly transported us back to La Jolla right down to the Jack Johnson/Tristan Prettyman heavy soundtrack. Very nice food. Caprese Salad, Tomato Basil Pizza, Tuna and Steak all above average. Almost hesitant to hype this place up but perfect date spot. English speaking hostess for the phone so were able to make reservations for the terrace without trouble. Menu all Japanese so Google Translate was a must.

Came here with my sorority sisters for a going away luncheon. The view of the bay is amazing!!! It was pouring down raining when we went so we couldn't see Fuji. Inspire if that, the food was absolutely amazing!! The best time to go is lunch. Their lunch specials are pretty reasonable. The best one I think is the Blue Crab Pasta.

MARLOWE is located near the Sagami bay. We can see beautiful ocean, sunset, and Mt,Fuji!!! This view is soooo beautiful!!And, their food is good. MARLOWE use natural fish from the Sagami bay, and fresh vegetable from the croft in Miura, Kanagawa. So, their foods are very delicious! I recomenned "seafood salad". This is hearty meal! And, their pudding is VERY famous!!! In fact, this pudding get the NO.1 of the ranking,"popularity of Back-oder" from NIKKEI news paper. There are many kinds of pudding, so you can enjoy tasting a number of times!!
