It is a simple cafe situated in the Kaba Bus Station Complex. You can enjoy a cup of coffee or a bowl of soba or a dish of rice. Although food choices are limited, the qualities are good. We , 3 persons, ordered two soba and one dish of curry rice before boarding the Kaba Bus. Price is reasonable ranging from 650 to 850 yen.

We happened upon this place after driving along the shore of Lake Yamamaka. Look out for the orange umbrellas. The food was lovely and although I have no way of confirming this (my Japanese is so poor) I reckon the salad and herbs are grown on premises. There's a series of raised garden beds so there's the clue.Check the specials board to get best value. We got a four-course meal of a very quality (like 5 star hotel quality) for about the same price as the chicken main. Lots of people had dogs with them so I think the nearby cottages are pet friendly.

Stumbled on to this unique cafe by the roadside, at Yamanakako Lake, Fuji 5 Lakes area, Cafe drinks and food option were ordinary, but the outdoor ambience and unique hammocks everywhere was great. Definitely worth a visit if you in the area, nice spot to take some holiday snaps. A great place to just LAZE!

We ate here in a planned stop as we were riding around Lake Yamanaka. The staff was very attentive, and with fairly good English skills. The basic ramen was quite good, but the dishes finished in oil and egg were spectacular. If I recall properly, the best dish was #11 on the menu.The venue is pretty, and clearly frequented by locals, which was a good sign. Lastly the prices were very reasonable, which overall made this a very good experience
