Coffee & pastries by day. Wine, cocktails, small plates & live music by night. The place has a bar, indoor & outdoor seating in a pretty courtyard. We visited three times during our stay nearby. The first night we enjoyed the live Jazz musicians with our wine & fish dip. The second time I went in the morning for a salted caramel mocha cafe which I saw on the menu board the night before. So excited to try only to be told they were out & did not know if or when they would get in. The third night we went for dessert wine & live music. Unfortunately once again we were told they do not have any of the four dessert wines anymore. So we enjoyed a good peach Moscato while listening to the female vocalist. Such a beautiful voice singing more mainstream music. The service was friendly. I think management should update their menus to reflect the changes. As a customer it is off putting to be told sorry we donât have that. That said I would definitely return for the live music which deserves 5 stars.

Vero Caffe is exactly what makes Vero Beach a great place. It's one of the few places you can still find the personal touches from times gone past. Vero Caffe is no exception. I stopped by for an Americano coffee and some fresh homemade gelato and it did not disappoint. The coffee was freshly made to order and the gelato had just been prepared. It was so creamy and delicious I hated to take the last bite. I'm planning to go back and try the pastries and quiche. The owners are super friendly and really care about your experience!

We were driving about stopping at various antique shops in the area, when suddenly the morning was over.....we needed a our noontime coffee break. I am not sure what most people's experience is with coffee in Vero Beach, but we feel most restaurant and hotel served coffee here is really bad most of the time and sucks some of the time.So we found this coffee shop next to the VB airport in the middle of a non-descript strip mall. Inside it is joyful, merry and bright (sorry for the verbiage but it IS Christmastime). From what I gather by the photos and posters here, they also have coffee shops in Honduras and Nicaragua. Friendly place, great sandwiches with a Central American flair. Coffee here is awesomely good. We also had lunch. I ordered a panini style quesadilla with chicken salsa and chips. It was delicious! I like the ceiling decorated with coffee bean sacks, nice touch.

We try and visit for breakfast every couple of weeks. The most unbelievable omelettes I have had. And absolutely caring staff, tremendous service and creative breakfast food. Not like any other breakfast restaurant or diner. The combination of flavors and style for a small restaurant is unbelievable. A winning combination in every respect.

Great for lunch, itâs like homemade food when ur traveling and sick of restaurants. The have a deli where U can get sandwiches, amazing tuna and pretty good chicken salad too! Nice salad bar, fresh soups and baked goods. The have an extensive wines for sale, some green grocers and salty snacks and stonewall products. Cute open airy atmosphere much less crowded than Cravings, they also have a coffee and smoothie bar. Great place!Thank you for the wonderful review! We do take pleasure in having a little bit of something for everyone! Please come back to visit soon!

I love eating at places where the ingredients are fresh, the menu has a ton of interesting flavors and food combinations and the ingredients are all fresh. Take the time to search out the Barefoot cafe! Itâs a small gem and the sandwiches are huge. Also breakfast, smoothies and baked goods.

Highly recommend if staying on Ocean Drive. Known for their Belgian waffle and omelette meal. Another locals hangout. Arrive early for a table . Customer service is above average and have adequate staff to handle the traffic. Very clean.
