Normal me direz vous... l'endroit se trouve en plein milieu d'un complexe touristique. Cadre plutot sympa au bord d'un lac. Difficile cependant de faire abstraction des babins qui s'amusent joyeusement dans les attractions disséminérs autour du lieu de restauration. Carte sommair entre le snack le flunch et la cantine... on ne vient pas ici pour la cuisine mais pour se restaurer. Notre choix s'est porté sur du saumon noyé dans une sauce rappelant vaguement les préparations surgelées de supermarchés. Le tout pour 18 eur ... plutot raisonnable pour le pays!Vin au verre correct sans plus.Vous l'aurez compris... à eviter sauf à défaut de mieux dans une région il est vrai ou les restaurants se gont finalement assez rares.

I have a love/hate relationship when it comes to Espresso House. I think they stink at efficiency and the cup sizes are awkward and impossible to do right for lattes (you either end up with a too small or have to add lots of extra espresso shots to avoid "warm milk in a large cup". If I have other options (such as a quality pure coffee house) I always take the other option, but if no other option Espresso House is definitely the place to go for coffee. This was the case at Torp. I was in much need of a caffeine break and the small (smallest I´ve come across) Espresso House was there to cater to my needs! Nice and pleasant staff. The coffee was good enough, so I´m a happy camper.

Det här stället är underbart! Maten, personalen och atmosfären är helt ljuvligt. Maten är vegetariskt och raw food. à t vid besöket linssallad (varm) med risotto-puckar och sallad. Sjukt gott! Med hem åkte även två alternativa semlor gjorda på cashewnötter. De var så himla goda! Inte första besöket här, och inte heller sista!

En butik med praliner, marsipan mm som är utöver det vanliga. Kaffe med bakverk finns att tillgå och intages i trädgården medan man funderar på vad som skall inköpas.Bör absolut besökas. Samma butik finns även i Stockholm och Trosa.

The four of us (two from Sweden and two from Canada) were treated to the most wonderful meal here. We dined âal frescoâ in a charming garden and were waited on by Beatrice who was animated, entertaining, and very helpful. She was a delightful hostess. Her English was fantastic (very helpful to those of us who donât speak Swedish). This restaurant comes highly recommended. A full five stars!

We often stop at this cozy place when we are out with our dog, as they have a big garden in front of the restaurant where your best friend can sit with you. There are not many restaurants in Sweden where this is possible. Food and pastries are delicious. The shop selling interior decorations and clothes next door is not to be missed

In the old very beautiful health resort Gustafsberg some kilometers south of Uddevalla and in the end of âStrandpromenadenâ you will find this popular and nice café/restaurant just a few meters from the fjord. You can get some food, but most popular is their âRäkmackaâ shrimp sandwich or their good pastries, which you can taste in this old house with a view over the fjord or from the outdoor parts. I can strongly recommend Konditori Snäckan and I will come back again.
