I always judge a cafe on its coffee before I judge it on anything else and Crafted does a fine cappuccino so top marks for that. Itâs a very charming cafe with outdoor seating during warmer seasons and an adjacent car park. Itâs never busy which is a shame but Bennettsbridge is only noted for its pottery factory across the river (and it contains its own cafe). But Crafted is a very welcome addition to the village and I hope it gets more support.

Community Tea Rooms and Shop. Our Tea Rooms and Shop in Ballyhale was formed by the communities of Knocktopher, Ballyhale, Knockmoylon ( Hence the KBK) to alleviate the loss of all our retail outlets due to the recession and the opening of the M9 motorway
Food was delicious and so reasonably priced (not like New York prices). The atmosphere was so quaint. And, most importantly, the service and friendliness was beyond! Thank you, Dave, for answering so many questions, having a seat with us to help plan out the rest of our trip in Ireland. Go and remember to order a yummy scone!!!!!

Consists of a Restaurant, Cafe, Bar and Lounge plus a Function Hall catering for large events. Currently closed for refurbishments.
What can I say! As we only people in, we didn't expect to wait very long, however, that was not the case and when food did arrive my son's "STONEBAKED" pizza was still cold and cheese had not melted. Clearly it was taken out of the box too late, we sent it back only to hear the unmistaken whirl and beep of a microwave. Of course the pleasure of this disaster was not reasonably priced either. Thanks for the helpful feedback. I checked the cameras and the chef did cut corners that day and was replaced not long after. As it was so quiet he thought he would get away with not using the pizza oven. We are now open 7 days and would love to see you and your family back to see the improvements we have made. I hope you and the rest of your family were happy with the other meals that you had that day.

This was a great find in Kilkenny. Not as busy as nearby cafes. The staff were lovely and the coffee and carrot cake was delicious.

Had dinner here, Chef was smoking at the back door with smoke blowing into the bar moved to the front of bar. When food arrived was as bad as we have ever had the sauce on the Chicken was so bad that couldnât eat the chips it had touched. Our son had a pizza that he eat half a slice of. Chewing gum stuck under the tables. Just VERY BAD. If could give this place minus stars I would Dear Gooner,Thank you firstly for your feedback. We were recommended to go here for a drink by our Airbnb hosts as they said that the pub part, âCarollâsâ had recently reopened. We had such a lovely evening, the atmosphere was great and there was even someone in there playing a guitar and singing. We discovered that they did food as âToastâ, previously situated around the corner, so we decided to nurse our hangovers with a breakfast...an excellent decision. The food was lovely, well presented and we didnât have to wait long. The staff were really friendly made us feel at home. We even found that the atmosphere, although different from the night before, was just as lovely and welcoming. We returned a couple of days later and had the burrito.....again, superb, fresh and filling! If, or when, we return to Thomastown weâll definitely be back for drinks in the evening and a cure in the morning ;-)Many thanks.

Day time cafe serving home made and locally sourced food, excellent coffee from an artisan roaster, organic salads grown in the area
A friend and I went for a lovely walk in Mount Juliet and then rambled in for some refreshments in the Blackberry Cafe. There was a lovely friendly atmosphere in this busy Cafe thanks to 'Julie' who looked after us promptly and gave us a really warm welcome. The home baking is delicious. Definitely recommend a visit.
