We are known for our good food and customer service; and while we are happy to have this reputation, we understand that being just âgoodâ is not enough to keep us competitive in the industry. As a company, we are always striving to improve. We do not want
Books@cafe gives a glimpse into modern Amman. The coolest place of have been to yet. The food and service was excellent. The menu offers both local food and more European dishes with personalised Arabic touches. The bookshop is small but carries a variety of fiction, non fiction and seems to specialise in design and art. Arabic & Jordanian writers also have a section. The roof top bar also had music with views across the valley. Definitely give it a go. Thank you very much for the great review ,see you there soon

The cafe is in a great location just across the road from st george church. The setting and atmosphere were nice, staff were nice and the drinks were really tasty! But, unfortunately, the food was horrible. It's the worst food we had in Jordan and 2 out of 3 of us felt unwell following the meal. I'd recommend it for a drink in a convenient spot, but do not eat here.

Wild Jordan Cafe is located in the Wild Jordan Center, which has a magnificent location overlooking the old city of Amman, the Citadel and the huge Jordanian flag. The center is a work engine run by the Royal Society for the Conservation of Nature, aiming
We visited for dinner... the quality of food is shocking. The chicken shawarma was less than average, came with ROTTEN potato wedges, they were black!!! The chef explained that he has found some bad quality potato in the kitchen.... why serve it to costumers!!! Unfortunately they took the potato to quickly so couldnât take a picture. Meat shawarma was under cooked... my daughter couldnât eat it. Zaatar fatoush salad was soggy... fresh orange juice was not fresh. We were offered lentils salad to make up for the horrible food.... however will never visit again. With the high prices, better quality is expected. Please accept our apologies for the laps you must have experienced. This is certainly not indicative of the high level we strive to provide our dear guests. We assure you that we take all feedback seriously and will use this to continue to improve. So could we please ask you to directly contact our Customer Care Manager Ms. Wadi on [email protected] or 0799011980We look forward to hear from you,All our best,Management

Very beautifully decorated restaurant. Had buffet dinner there - reasonable amount of choices and food generally tasty although I am not exactly a fan of Jordanian fare. Service was okay. Nice watching lots of local families and tourists enjoying their meals and relaxing in the restaurant

We had a very pleasant brunch at Shams, sitting on the leafy terrace filled with plants. This is a rustic and casual experience, with attentive and friendly service. We'd made a telephone booking, but on arrival this was not known about! However, after a short wait we were ushered to a table on the terrace and everything was ok. Our selection of mezze dishes were all delicious although the bread of the day appeared less than fresh on our visit. This is a good place to linger and staff were eager to please. At one side of the terrace there are steps down to a small shop where you can buy a small selection of homeware and jars of the spice and herbs blends that are used in the restaurant. I talked to an impressive young man who told me that in the small "lab" on the premises he works on developing new herb and spice blends that are subsequently tested by the kitchen and used in the restaurant if approved. Clearly great pains are taken to improve the restaurant offering. Others in our group recommend an evening visit too.

The meal was extremely small, entree size! I had pumpkin Gnocchi with sage & burnt butter sauce. It was cold, the gnocchi was mushy, the pumpkin hard and Iâm still wondering where the sage and burnt butter sauce was as it was a creamy sauce?
