Had a delicious and plentiful brunch at this pleasant cafe that has a nice shaded outdoor eating area. My party of three enjoyed diverse choices - vegetarian Eggs Benedict, Salmon and Boursin crostini, and the French Toast with fruit. Fun selection of mimosas - pomegranate, grapefruit, and the standard orange juice. Great, friendly service.

I last posted a review of the Old Bridge Cafe in 2012. Since then, it has been a must stop for us on the rare occasions when we get to the Salt Lake area, and the quality and value haven't diminished one bit. Creatures of habit, we always order the platter and go away exclaiming over how good the meal was at such a reasonable cost. Can't recommend this one highly enough. We also enjoy the laid-back, comfortable ambience...albeit smack in the middle of a somewhat rundown strip mall. The owner is a gentleman, as well as a great cook.

Ate here early on a Saturday morning. No wait but the restaurant quickly filled up. We both had skillets and the servings were large. Coffee was very strong and plentiful. Way too much food but great leftovers. Reasonably priced

During my 4-day stay at the Little America Hotel, I had several meals here. They serve big portions and I had a hard time finishing them. I took them back to my hotel room for later consumption.Prices of their daily specials and sandwiches are reasonable, ranging from $8 to $ to $15. Servers are friendly and efficient. Foods are promptly served within 5-7 minutes of ordering them.

Breakfast or lunch I read is fantastic, indeed it was.Had the Scandinavian weinerschnitzel $15.59. Their version appeared to be ground beef rather than pounded beef but nevertheless still very tasty especially with the lemon slices and capers. Fingerling potatoes and asparagus in a delicious lingoberries gravy, I practically licked the plate clean. That's after the swedish meatballs soup and a crunchy onion roll. And seeing that they have many items that were baked on premise, I just can't resist trying their poopy seed cream cheese pastry and the raspberry marzipan roll. Out of this world fabulous.Service was attentive and friendly. All these in an relaxed bistro environment with a lovely outdoor garden eating area as well.

Winner Best of State Best Breakfast, Penny Ann's Cafe is a family affair. The restaurant's namesake, Penny Ann, and her sister, Cindy, can often be found seating patrons, serving tables or chatting pleasantly with the restaurant's regular customers. Penny
This place is amazing. The portions are plentiful. The dishes tasty. The service, amazing. We actually met Penny Ann, AND Penny Ann's mom. When Penny Ann saw something she did not like about my wife's breakfast, she fixed it!!!! We said it was fine, but she insisted on making it better. The portions are HUGE and the food was great. We cannot imagine visiting Salt Lake City again without eating here. Thank you for a great breakfast and a great experience. Wonderful way to begin the day. Thank you for the great review! We are so glad that you found us and look forward to seeing you on your next visit to Salt Lake.

We had only breakfast dishes and they were very good and simple; not simple like lacking flavor, but simple in the fact that they were your regular burritos, french toast and eggs; so you will not find anything special here, the burger looked really good though. The attention was good, and the price was very cheap.Only complaint is the wait time, the place is very busy so we waited ~45 minutes to be seated. We were in no rush so we decided to wait, was it worth it? Maybe not.
