One of the nicest places in central Sopot. Great wine served by people who know wine. The service is generally outstanding, pleasant and very customer oriented, which is not a given in Sopot which gets flooded with tourists! This wine bar is good for everything, dates, meeting with friends, family gatherings! Good outside seating area is an added bonus!

Konsulat Dobrego Piwa was a great craft beer bar we found on our resent holiday to Gdansk and Sopot. We had took the short train ride down to Sopot from Gdansk where we were staying and this was one of the first bars we had picked out to visit.Walking in and I knew I would enjoy my visit here,a cool looking interior, mostly exposed brickwork with Beer posters and enamels adorning the walls and a great looking solid brick serving bar ,there's also plenty of seating options spread throughout this bar and outside in their fabulous beer garden,it really was a bar I am so glad we visited. The bar offers a great choice of craft beer both on draught and in bottles and also local commercial brews such as PerÅa beer.My twin brother Stephen and I were here on a Sunday afternoon and after a quick study of the beers on offer I started with Ale Browar "Johnny Sour " and this delicious sour beer was served in tip top condition, bursting with taste and very refreshing it was a beer to savour and not to rush but being in such a wonderful bar and enjoying such a quality beer why would you want to rush anything. This beer was outstanding, as much as I enjoy the local brews such as Zywiec beer and Tyskie beer it's just so good sampling a well crafted beer and these beers were quality. While drinking my first beer I already had my next beer picked out and went for Kormonran Browar " Chill beer " and again this was a quality beer,a hoppy light beer that was just a joy to drink ,I just kicked back, chilled out and took in the great bar we were in .We really enjoyed our beers in here, my brother also had two great beers, he went for Kuriozum Browar " Golden sunset " and Szpunt Browar " equanior " which he really enjoyed and between us we sampled four great beers before moving on and for a first time visit we were very impressed with this great bar. Konsulat Dobrego Piwa is easy to locate, from Sopot Train Station walk the opposite way from the Main town area down a street called Podjazd onto Generala WÅadyslawa Sikorskiego and head to Memorial Park area,it's not a long walk .Opening hours are;Monday to Thursday,4pm till 1am. Friday & Saturday,Midday till 2am. Sunday,4pm till 1am. A great craft beer bar and well worth checking out. Hi Neil! I really appreciate that you took the time to share your opinion with us. I'm so happy you enjoyed your experience with us (and â of course â with our craft beers) :-) I hope you guys come back!Cheers,Mateusz StachowiakCo-Owner

We had an evening meal here, seated in the quiet shady garden, but there are indoor tables too. There was an ongoing barbecue, so food could be cooked very hot and fairly quickly. The menu offered a lot of choice, and we enjoyed everything we ate. They also do good cakes if you visit in the afternoon. The service was friendly, a bit slow as they were dealing with tables inside and out, but we weren't in a hurry, and we were very satisfied with the final bill. We'd certainly recommend it, and will return if we are ever back in Sopot.Thank you very much for your words. I hope you will visit our restauracnt next time. Best regards.

The place is close to the petrol station but has a beautiful garden at the back of the building with beach chairs and hammocks but also comfortable tables. We had lunch there and chose from barbecue menu. I had pork chops with coleslaw and baked potatoes and my friend had sander with grilled veggies. We both had fruit compote with this and paid just over 60 pln in total. Everything was fresh and very tasty. I wish I could go there again to try pierogi as they had some nice filling flavours I never saw before. The prices are very affordable and fair. With the receipt from the restaurant you get 10% off for the desserts in the cafe next door

Visited this morning for breakfast having read positive reviews. The venue was not busy but the waiter had a terribly unwelcoming attitude. We ordered breakfasts as per the menus description of 2 eggs fried and served with bacon, sausage, mushrooms, tomatoes and spinach.....we were served a plate of 2 fried eggs only. When we questioned the waiter he informed us that as the food was âseasonalâ that they only had the eggs.....yet other diners appeared to have sausage/bacon and other accompaniment! Very disappointing service and attitude by the staff and we were charged full price for a shocking plate of only 2 eggs! Just to add insult to injury, we had also ordered a toastie which was described as ham/cheese/mushroom and the person had asked for no mushrooms....the toastie came with mushrooms inside which we had already been told were not in season and hence why they werenât served with the breakfasts?! I still canât work that one out!

Burger-time again! I stopped by at this casual, stylish cantine-style restaurant for a hearty burger lunch and to dip into a new book I'd just bought. The menu is really diverse, with vegetarian and vegan options, salad bowls and I think I even spotted Asian-fusion at a nearby table. But I went for the Kashubian Burger. Flavorsome, juicy and cooked exactly as requested. The house red (a Tempranillo) was fine too. With both indoor and outdoor seating options, there's plenty of room, but I suspect it gets very full during the high season and at peak times. If you want to sit outside in the sun, best to go in the morning for breakfast, because later, the terrace is in full shade. There's also a good mix of 4-person tables and communal long tables - good if you're booking for a large group. I'll try it for breakfast next time...
