Wonderful place, with both play area and non-play area options. Cheap, delicious and friendly.Went for a last minute dinner replacement during the week. Menu is solid, with options for American stack, crepes or waffles. You can have anything on any of them! I went for classic american, with bacon and maple syrup. Perfectly executed, with bacon on each pancake, all the way down the stack. All for a very reasonable price. We were in the play area, which is great for smaller kids, but the restaurant looks great too. It's separate from the kids areas, so should provide for a better, quieter eating experience for those who want it.Staff are great. Super helpful and friendly.
Lovely little cafe. Tasty food. Lovely staff who took my âgluten freeâ requirements very seriously and with great care. We contacted them first and they had asked me to bring my own gluten free bread, as they donât keep it on premises. Very reasonable prices and very smart & clean dining area.Really appreciate your review thankyou.
We have visited a number of times now and every time we have had fabulously fresh, tasty food, served by the most friendly family team. Breakfast, sandwiches, smoothies and coffee all hit the spot. My personal favourite is the strong Cortado coffee. Way better than anything you get in the coffee shop chains.

We saw the sign for Heckington on our journey from Yorkshire to the north Norfolk coast. We diverted off out route into the village with a view to getting a bite to eat - very glad we did. Lovely cafe, very clean throughout, welcoming friendly staff, prompt and efficient service. The bacon and eggs baps were very tasty, very fresh bread, bacon and eggs perfectly cooked, tea and coffee piping hot. Can't fault at all, would certainly visit again.

Regular stop off on Manchester to Norfolk trip, food cooked to order and very reasonable, only thought last time was that the chairs have all lost their "bant" a bit like sitting in a bucket!

Renovated grade 2 listed windmill in the heart of Sleaford. Serving modern seasonal dishes. Almost all dishes made on the premises by us from raw ingredients. No deep fat fryer, no microwave
I was somewhat mystified by the significant variation in the TAreviews of this cafe, which tend to award either one or five stars. Some rave about the quality of the food, whilst others complainabout the unfriendly service.Located in the Moneys Yard car park in the centre of Sleaford, the cafe is a convenient place for a coffee or a snack. The cafeoccupies the bottom two floors of a restored 18th Century windmill. We called in for a mid-morning drink and snack. The welcome was polite rather than friendly, but as first time visitors,I did not expect anything less restrained. My wife ordered a mineral waterand I chose a bottle of Peroni beer. They also stocked an excellent BelgianLeffe beer. We both selected the Lincolnshire sausages, which were servedin a Chiabatta roll, with a small salad. The drinks arrived quickly, but the foodtook rather a long time. Probably not surprising, when you see the small spaceallocated for the kitchen. There is nothing five stars about the food. This is a simple snack bar in a veryunusual and interesting location. The food we ordered was good and reasonablypriced. The spiral staircase which links the two rooms of the cafe has about 27steps. After serving several upstairs customers, it must be hard to maintain awarm welcome to new arrivals.Excellent venue, decent range of drinks and adequate snack bar food. Worth avisit when out shopping in Sleaford

Went in during the morning for drinks. First impression was lovely as the coffee smelt so good! it was great and there was an excellent choice of fruit teas. The toilet was excellent and clean . Fresh flowers on the tables too. Very friendly and efficient staff. Would visit again. Only negative thing was that there was no soya or other non dairy milk for the coffee.

Called in with a friend for lunch on the recommendation of a lady working in nearby shop. Menu great for us as many of the food choices had pictures and my friend cannot verbalise her preferences but found the panini straight away! I had a jkt potato which they were happy to provide without butter, beans and salad - both panini and potato were generously sized & much enjoyed. Staff very friendly and helpful. Looking forward to returning.

Had lunch here this week with my mum. We had Carbonara pasta & Arribiata pasta, with chicken added. They were very tasty. Then we had a toasted teacake and courgette cake. Oops but yummy! The coffee here is always excellent.. and the breakfasts too. Like the title says "Consistently good", which is hard to come by, so this is our 'go to' Sleaford eatery. My 'children' age 20 & 22 and my mum love it.. it caters for all tastes, modern and traditional. There are always plenty of staff and they are always polite and attentive. It has a very comfortable atmosphere. Lovely!
