Came to Sitka on a cruise by business suggestion. The Alakan crepe with smoked salmon was bursting with so many flavors, almost like every bite was different. Also had the spicy carrot smoothie, 5 stars for both! Will definitely recommend to anyone visiting!
This soda fountain is straight out of the 50's with red bar stools and a counter. Located in a pharmacy, it was an accident we found it while looking for a place to refil a prescription. Lucky find! Brought back many memories for us, and if you have a grandchild with you, have fun explaining how it "was, back then"!
Alaska's own Kaladi Brothers Coffee, Smoothies and Treats, Daily Soup, Sandwiches and Panini and all NEW...Sitka's first and only Frozen Yogurt Shop!
I was in the mood for a sandwich - a plain, no nonsense sandwich like the one I would make for myself at home. I found it !! A great ham and cheese sandwich - no muss no fuss and exactly what I was looking for. They also sold sides of macaroni or potato salad so I was in double heaven. Had a fantastic mocha there. All in all a good lunch stop for some good, homestyle food.
