Gorgeous desserts and great coffee! A great find for us while killing time to get to the airport for our flight. Would love to return to try out their mains as we already ate next door at The Mansion, which was a mistake. Nice cozy cafe with a slick interior!

Thoroughly enjoyed our dinner at Bascon, a true Bacolod institution which my friends have been raving about and it didn't disappoint. Had their allo oglio pasta as well as the bangus and their other specialties like the chicken relleno which my family enjoyed. Although the place in itself looks tired and in dire need of an update, we surely had a great time still. Highly recommended. We were stuffed to the brim.so we didn't have any space for their desserts but there's always a next time!

Natural Food made from scratch, included daily Artisan Bread. They make their own Ham, smoked Bacon, their own Cheese etc. No soft drinks only fresh juices. Every week there are new Specials on the menu, fresh from the Markets. All the dishes are based on
Amazing food and splendid service. The best salads around too! They also have fresh bread and a lovely selection of organic or local ingredients for your pantry. The owner is a very welcoming Dutch chef who works closely with his wife in the kitchen. The place will be even more fun to go to after the new Ayala mall opens sometime in 2018 since this resto is just across the mall.
The food here is the funnest in Bacolod. Because their menu changes everyday, until it repeats two weeks later, I always look forward to eating here. It's an interesting restaurant concept that should be replicated - the first of its kind I've experienced. The menu was initially designed by a German freelance chef, but she got the Filipino dishes right. I haven't tasted a better Lutik than their Monday Lutik. Their assortment of cakes are also super interesting and experimental, especially the Santol Crumble which I waited for for nearly half a year for the Santol fruit to be in season.Very affordable and usually visited by highschool and college students. It's probably also attractive because of their simple al fresco atmosphere. You have the farm at the Consuelo entrance side, as well as the aquaponics system, so you can trust the food is natural and fresh. Ah! They also sell their vegetables, and they have the best Arugula in the world! - fresh and fat from the farm. The service though can sometimes be slow and disorganized. I think it's mainly because it's harder to communicate accurately when the cafe is run by the deaf and hard-of-hearing. But I'm sure they're working on it to be better. I still love it :)
