Tamper Sellers wheel is located 2 minute walk from Sheffield train station and the city centre. We have a great inside/outside eating area in a grade 2 listed, silversmiths building, along with a take away bar. We pride ourselves on our New Zealand roots,
Stopped by here Friday around midday-ish for a coffee. It was our first time visiting, and I went to the till to order whilst my partner grabbed a table near the entrance to be briskly told that we had to wait to be seated if we were staying in to drink our coffee... Felt a little unwelcoming! Didn't have to wait very long to be allocated to a table, but we were pointed to a table with other people sat at it. I completely understand that the place was busy and they were trying to fit people in where they could but I have social anxiety and found it very hard to relax being sat shoulder to shoulder with strangers, and my partner has a bad back and struggled with the stools. Perhaps the staff could ask if customers would prefer to wait for a private table to become available. Once we were seated I asked a waitress if we were meant to order at the till or if it was table service as it wasn't made obvious. Her reply was, "Yes it's table service. You order at the till." ????? Well which one is it??? On top of that, we were there for about half an hour and in that entire time the previous customers' dirty plates and cups weren't cleared away. However, the menu has a good range of items and the coffee is good. We didn't order food but watching other people's plates being served made our mouths water. And the decor of the place is very stylish.

Popped in to this place after a long shopping trip with my girlfriend and couldn't have been happier. Really nice layout and design, also as a former barista of over 10 years i can say with confidence coffee was fantastic. We will be back to try the food upon our next visit as it looked amazing but neither of us were hungry at the time. Big thanks to rebecca for looking after us, really nice to see someone really enjoying their work and is clearly an asset to the team. Cant wait to come again, if the food is as good as the coffee and service we have found our coffee shop in the meadow hall for good.

The Treehouse is Sheffield's first board game cafe. Board game cafes have been springing up around the UK over the last few years. What sets them apart from a normal bar or cafe is that their main focus is board games (although they do serve food and drin
I LOVE THIS PLACE regular visits with my two teenage boys and phenomenal wife, each time we have great fun in a relaxed atmosphere (with no idiots ruining it) We enjoy the family time together and choose games that make us laugh. The selection of games is incredible and the staff know how to play them all, so advice is not far away. The bar is good, the food is ok... but the snacks hit the spot. Very clean, very relaxing and good fun! For me, I like the fact that you can be sat playing a daft funny game with a beer, whilst the table near you are playing a hugely complicated board game drinking tea. Perfect harmony !

Came here based on recommendation from a friend and wasnât disappointed. The cafe is so cute inside and comfy seating. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout. The afternoon tea was lovely and set out very nicely on a picnic bench (never seen that anywhere else). The food was delicious and a very good price! The only downside I had was that we were charged extra for another pot of tea and coffee when this should have been included in the afternoon tea. Otherwise a very nice visit here, Iâd come again.
