The cake choice is superb, spoilt for choice which is good!I had the apple and almond tart I guess it would be. It was delicious! I asked for some tap water and this came in a cold bottle, which was a nice touch. Itâs a little pricey, although it is lovely - I paid £5.75 for cake and an americano.

Called in here after a longer than planned trip out. We were after a light snack and we were not dissapointed, varied menu, not just the small old boring sandwiches, hotpots, chilli pots, pies, all looked very appetising. Reasonably priced too.

My daughter chose here as looked at reviews and she thought it sounded perfect. All I can say is I wasnât very impressed. The waitress was taking our order when the phone started ringing and she went off to answer the phone. She did apologise when she returned but thatâs just not professional. The products were tasty (bacon and sausages) but was surprised to have to pay extra for beans. So many places include this in a full English breakfast. The fried eggs were crusty around the edges and yokes not very runny as oil must have been to hot. To top off our experience we had a piece of chocolate brownie to take away and it was wrapped in a piece of cling film!!!!! No personal touch at all. I could have complained but I hate complaining and I hate to make people think Iâm a moaner and I feel embarrassed In front of people. I would love to return as love the setting and feel of the place. Hopefully next time will be better.I am so so sorry this happened on your visit yesterday, I totally agree with you the waitress should not of answered the phone whilst serving you this will be addressed. As for our cakes we always wrap them in foil and pop them in a bag for you so all i can do is apologise that this wasnt done.We hope you come back and see us again and have a better experience.Kind regardsHamptons

Having been up a little late and having skipped breakfast at around twelve the sun tempted us to go out. We were hungry and did not want to go far so All Things Nice in Cawston came to mind and in ten minutes we were sitting down looking through the menu. I decided to catch up on the skipped breakfast and ordered the large traditional breakfast basically two of everything but only one egg so I ordered an extra egg from the wide range of extras available and to the included fried bread another round. My wife ordered the burger and had my tea that was included with my breakfast and to save a few calories I had a Diet Coke. After only a short wait our food arrived exactly as ordered on hot plates and well presented. Served with a smile and asked if there was anything else we needed we said no and so began a delicious meal. My eggs were soft and sunny side up, the bacon was well cooked but not dried up or salty, delicious fresh tomatoes and open cap quartered mushrooms. The butchers sausages were firm and meaty the two rounds of thick cut white fried bread were to die for and the Heinz beans and tomato sauce rounded off a perfect meal. My wifeâs plate was also empty and having finished our drinks we were full. I can not praise this breakfast too highly and at under fifteen pounds a bargain.
We are a cafe/deli offering full breakfast and ciabattas, soup, jackets, sandwiches, snacks and whole array of home-baked cakes and savouries. We offer sit down or food and drink to go. In the deli we offer local and continental products with an emphasis
We stopped here for a mid-morning break - and to get out of the freezing cold wind! It was lovely and warm inside which was perfect. As you go in there are shelves either side with a good variety of dry goods and lovely deli products. At the back you reach a counter that has a range of homemade cakes to choose from, there is a warm and friendly welcome, something that can be in short supply in "chain" coffee shops. As I couldn't decide between all the cakes I took the easy option and had shortbread which was delicious, my husband chose a treacle tart which looked very gooey and yummy, it certainly didn't take long for it to disappear! The coffee soon warmed us from the inside and we saw that you could buy special fair trade and rainforest alliance coffee there. Down towards the front of the shop parallel to where you enter there are more deli goods on the reverse of the stand that is in the middle of the shop. There are only a few tables which overlook the village square, a great place to people watch whilst enjoying a break. If in the area again we would definitely make a detour here. Thanks for your great review. It's great to know we are getting it right and look forward to seeing you again very soon to try a different cake with your coffee!
