Popped into this unpretentious cafe today as it was the first one I came to after arriving in Ayr. It seemed my wife and I were the only people who weren't regulars - and it was very busy. Regular customers tells its own story. What we had was good and well priced.Canny place. Recommended.

Stumbled across this establishment when we were on our way through Sandgate to get the BFS bus, we were thoroughly impressed with the breakie menu. The eggsbenedict, also the freshly made pancakes an excellent way to start your day, the staff could not have been more helpful, also the toilets which are up the stairs are clean and tidy.Surprised not in the top 10 in Ayr, but when we get home we will certainly return for more.
Landside at prestwick airport, just like any other ritazza, good food and good customer service at normal overpriced airport prices, but good all the same.

The Coo Shed is a unique family-run coffee shop with all food prepared and baked 'in-house' and locally sourced wherever possible. The coffee shop is part of a family run dairy farm at South Corton Farm and all things inside are dairy themed, from the lig
Went for Lunch with my daughter, we were seated straight away, I ordered Macaroni with chips and salad my daughter had the special some sort of panini or wrap with chips. We were both very hungry. Service was very quick, Macaroni had obviously been blasted through the microwave as it was hot round the edges and only slightly warm in the middle chips were not very warm and had obviously been sitting a while, my daughters chips were the same it was very disappointing. Thanks for your review. I do hope you had made your complaint known to the staff. If you had they wouldâve corrected this straight away. It is not in any of our interests to have any customer leaving our premises unhappy. We are only human and mistakes sometimes happen unfortunately. We would have corrected it and apologised to you if we had known about it at the time. Our apologies once again for this sub-standard service. I do hope this has not put you off from trying us again.
Went here tonight for the first time. We pre-ordered using the app which gives 10% off first order and 5% further orders. We both had cookie doughs with ice cream, one with flake and nutella and another with brownies and nutella. Both were delicious, portions were huge that i struggled to finish it. Can wait to go back and try something else!

Lovely breakfast, however it would be nice if the waiting staff didn't look utterly miserable being there. We are glad you enjoyed your breakfast and we are so sorry you felt the staff weren't as happy as you thought they should be. We are normally commended on how friendly the staff are. I guess everyone has an off day.

After being diverted by my Satnav due to road closures on the M77, we needed a pit stop on the drive from Edinburgh to Cairnryan. Luckily we noticed the Smithy next to the roundabout. A saviour it was, the coffee was good and hot and the warm freshly baked cake was yum. There were numerous gifts scattered around the cafeteria and the toilets were neat, clean and tidy. The friendly staff saw us on our way with a smile. Loved it.

Have just returned home after a fantastic family caravan outing to the Prestwick airshow. Our stay was enhanced by our visit to Murray's for a light lunch. We were very impressed by the great service we received at this cosy and elegant cafe. The food was excellent, the chicken and rice soup served with crusty brown bread followed by delicious sandwiches and tea, served in China cup and saucers, was impressive.Nice atmosphere, great service - we will be back!

This used to be called Cafe Coffee but has recently been refurbised and renamed.
This is a great cafe where the staff are very welcoming and friendly, giving excellent service. My Mum and I had delicious toasties with tasty salad and awesome home made coleslaw. Next time we will try the cakes as they looked fresh and tempting in the cabinet. We highly recomend this place in Newmarket St for lunch.

Attended with friends for lunch. Canât really fault the food. Portion sizes not great but taste and presentation was good. Found the establishment itself very claustrophobic, small, and very noisy. Could hear everyoneâs conversation around you. Would be a very frustrating place if you wanted to go and chill out with a coffee and read the paper.....unless there was no one else in.
