Friends on Long Island took us to brunch, after spending a couple of weeks in Manhattan. Food was great; I had the crab cake benedict special and tried the pistachio pancakes - both lovely! Graham cracker coffee also highly recommended. The town is also really cute and has a lot to offer.
Where to eat American food in Patchogue: The Best Restaurants and Bars
We put our name on a brunch list at a restaurant in town but needed coffee immediately. The Roast Coffee and Tea Trading Company was perfect to get some coffee and take some time to relax and wait for the call to brunch.
I was here when it opened up and ordered a quinoa salad with shrimp. The salad was good but I wished the shrimp were bigger. Not sure if they are from a can or other but I think they need to offer a size different from what they are using. You can build your own salad, which is nice. They offer other items as well, all healthy. If your looking for a place to eat healthy on this strip, this is the one to go to. Will be back again to try something new.
