After visiting the pilgrimage site, we took a short break at the nearby Santa Cruz Cafe. The coffee and cake were fine, if you are looking for a full meal this maybe, is not the place for you, but it suited us well on the day.Thank you for your appreciation. We hope to meet you again soon on our terrace

Located steps away from the Sanctuary this place looks like a small gelato stand from the outside. Enter past the small gelato and snack counter and you will find seating for âfast foodâ cachoros pasta and sandwiches. We returned after the Rosary procession around 10pm and if you ask for ala cart dining they usher you into a beautiful inner dining area. An aquarium of live lobster and crabs greets you as you enter. Good food and good house wine.
We were a table of 6, the menu was explained in detail by the wait staff, he was an excellent host. Very attentive. Food was brought out and presented well, cooked to perfection. The ingredients were fresh and the portion sizes were perfect. Restaurant was spotless and the attention to detail of the experience is evident. We will return againWe recommend anyone visiting this town experience a meal here.

In a completely renovated space, PREGARIA DA IRIA will be your place of choice to eat some traditional Portuguese food. Besides the traditional "Prego no Pão", also the famous "Bifana" completes our menu, together with craft-chips and natural juices. But
Neat, clean and tidy, good traditional food at affordable prices......You just can't go wrong! Great food, Great Service! It's wonderful to read comments like yours about our place. Thanks a lot for your visit, and we hope to see you again one day here :)
