We ate here several times in the past and the food was great. However not tonight! The purple hull peas and cornbread weâre liking eating dessert. It was so sweet and disappointing. The food didnât come out together and after 20 minutes they brought another side dish we ordered with our original order. We were finished eating and sent the side order back - they still charged us for it!! The kids chicken was burnt and smallest serving Iâve ever seen. Lastly the chicken n dumplings was like chicken soup with veggies. Not what we expected! The cheeseburger and meatloaf were the only two good items we had at the table.

Was looking for a local restaurant when we found this small place off the beaten path. Almost missed it due to warehouses and building surrounding it. Saw a ton of cars and realized they all were at this place. Great for meat and 3, home cooking.

We had 40 people for three days at a conference at Heifer. Most people opted to pre-order lunch from the cafeteria, and others also enjoyed breakfast there. The selection is varied, with everything from super healthy salads to decadent sandwiches. Ingredients are fresh and service very good. Everyone was very pleased with the food during the conference, and I personally enjoyed the Healthy Salad with Grilled Salmon - as good or better than a fancy downtown restaurant and less $$$.
