Worst and most disorganised place I have been to.Breakfast and a hot drink seems to be too much for them to cope with.2 kids running front of house,witnessed them using hands instead of using tongs provided for coffee biscuits,my advice stay away.From the amount of people in there they are.

We have visited a few times and all occasions we have had a lovely breakfast my friend especially likes the saugages ( which she's very fussy with normally.) The only down point was the cutlery had to go through them but that might be me to fussy on dirty forks otherwise as I said very nice breakfast staff are very polite thank you.

Most fabulous afternoon visiting, the cats there are so happy and friendly. They are playful and you can just tell they love where they are. The cakes are very yummy and itâs just an absolute experience visiting there. I can not recommend it enough!

We had come to the Stover Trail as Dartmoor was too windy & when I was checking the route I noticed this place, so that was an ideal turnaround point .Now if you're a fine dining and posh china type this might not suit , but for us it's really cute, there's toilets, covered seating, open seating, a heater and WiFi .So 2x ham,eggs & chips (today's special at £4) and 2xmug of tea. Don't be the "is the ham carved off the bone?" person. They did have some good homemade cakes on offer, but we'd have been too full to walk . Will return

Lovely setting in a square, old 16th century building. Free entry to games, galleries learning centres and exhibitions. Reasonably priced menu with a variety of dishes. Great for families with children as they can play outside during the meal and have a nice morning or afternoon out. Lovely cream teas and also dinner in the evening. Had lunch. Everything was very nice and the price very good. The quality of the ingredients was high and the menu contained some interesting extras as well as the âusual suspectsâ. Staff were friendly and helpful, service prompt and the cafe clean (didnât use the loo so canât comment).

So I visited today to this café my family of six and one infant aged 10 months , After finding the table I went to find my son a heighchair at which weâre all broken and unsafe for a child to eat In, after decided what we wanted to eat I went up to the bar and ordered our food which I was faced with unmannered and rude staff once on ordering the food I then asked for the waitress to read back my order which was correct then when the food was served the order was completely wrong and ask member of staff to correct my order then was told that they were too busy and I had to put up with what I had.Then my son 10 months old nocked a glass of Coke on the floor and All members of staff gave dirty look at us and refused to clean up until the cafe shut two hours later until I reminded them that it was a safety hazard then they clean up in protest !Hi Beth, We are fully aware of the person behind this review.We are also fully aware of your personal differences with a member of staff who works In the bistro of which you have an issue with outside of our workplace. You have visited our bistro on 3 different occasions this week alone.. have sent threatening messages to said member of our staff and are now trying to vindictively persecute her place of work and someone elseâs business over a personal issue. All of the above accusations are completely false of which you know and due to your threatening and frankly odd behaviour we will be permanently banning you from returning to the bistro again.

Always made to feel welcome. Lovely atmosphere. Amazing range of coffees, teas and different drinks. I especially enjoyed the pint of milkshake served in a milk bottle !Delicious array of cakes , brownies and sweet treats ! Always so tempting!Also perfect for the little ones as they can make as much noise as they like and no one bats an eyelid. Little play area too for the toddlers.Definitely well worth a visit
