The restaurant is located inside a shopping mall. The food is tasty, portion is large. There is plenty of vegan and gluten free dishes. The servers are attentive and pleasant. The price is reasonable. Being in Delaware, there is no sales tax, which is great.

Sinclair's is a favorite of ours. Cozy, clean, friendly staff, great chef. We visit a couple times a month. Mostly for breakfast which is always excellent. Daily specials are available too. If in town, check it out, free parking behind the restaurant as well as metered street parking. Only open for breakfast and lunch. Highly recommended!!

Went for a quick lunch, nearly impossible to decide because every soup we tried was amazing! Settled on and loved the mulligatawny!!! Even got another order to bring home for lunch the next day! Service was great, quick and prices very reasonable.Thank you Kathy for the review! Our XL size soups make it easy to take soup "to go" and enjoy for another meal -- or two, depending on how many people you are feeding!

This is hands down the best kept lunch secret in the area. The sandwiches, soup, salad and wraps are fantastic. Not to mention so reasonably priced! Everything is so fresh and creative. Perfect spot to meet for nice quiet lunch or to go. Each sandwich comes with a side and chips as well. My only complaint is they are only open for lunch!!! This is a must go for lunch!
