Find out what Cafe restaurants to try in Murray. Murray City (/ˈmʌri/ or locally /ˈmɜːri/) is a city situated on the Wasatch Front in the core of Salt Lake Valley in the U.S. state of Utah. Named for territorial governor Eli Murray, it is the state's fourteenth largest city. According to the 2010 census, Murray has approximately 46,746 residents. Murray shares borders with Taylorsville, Holladay, South Salt Lake and West Jordan, Utah. Once teeming with heavy industry, Murray’s industrial sector now has little trace and has been replaced by major mercantile sectors. Known for its central location in Salt Lake County, Murray has been called the Hub of Salt Lake County. While maintaining many of its own services, Murray has one of the lowest city tax rates in the state.

Great service and food always fresh and clean. Hidden on top floor of nordstroms but beat food in the mall and prices are very good.

I last posted a review of the Old Bridge Cafe in 2012. Since then, it has been a must stop for us on the rare occasions when we get to the Salt Lake area, and the quality and value haven't diminished one bit. Creatures of habit, we always order the platter and go away exclaiming over how good the meal was at such a reasonable cost. Can't recommend this one highly enough. We also enjoy the laid-back, comfortable ambience...albeit smack in the middle of a somewhat rundown strip mall. The owner is a gentleman, as well as a great cook.

We had only breakfast dishes and they were very good and simple; not simple like lacking flavor, but simple in the fact that they were your regular burritos, french toast and eggs; so you will not find anything special here, the burger looked really good though. The attention was good, and the price was very cheap.Only complaint is the wait time, the place is very busy so we waited ~45 minutes to be seated. We were in no rush so we decided to wait, was it worth it? Maybe not.

Winner Best of State Best Breakfast, Penny Ann's Cafe is a family affair. The restaurant's namesake, Penny Ann, and her sister, Cindy, can often be found seating patrons, serving tables or chatting pleasantly with the restaurant's regular customers. Penny
This place is amazing. The portions are plentiful. The dishes tasty. The service, amazing. We actually met Penny Ann, AND Penny Ann's mom. When Penny Ann saw something she did not like about my wife's breakfast, she fixed it!!!! We said it was fine, but she insisted on making it better. The portions are HUGE and the food was great. We cannot imagine visiting Salt Lake City again without eating here. Thank you for a great breakfast and a great experience. Wonderful way to begin the day. Thank you for the great review! We are so glad that you found us and look forward to seeing you on your next visit to Salt Lake.
