Haben einige Tage Urlaub in Britzingen verbracht. In der FeWo lag ein Prospekt vom Dorfladen, der als Genossenschaft betrieben wird (und gleichzeitig die einzige Einkaufsmöglichkeit im Ort ist). Gibt dort verschiedene frische (Körner-) Brötchen, einige Brotsorten und sonst auch (fast) alles, was man zum täglichen Leben braucht. Die Damen im Laden sind nett und hilfsbereit, man kann auch schon Bestellungen für den Folgetag aufgeben, was für die Sonntagsbrötchen durchaus zu empfehlen ist. Sind immer verschiedene Torten vorrätig, alle super lecker. Es gibt Plätze drinnen im Laden, aber auch drauÃen an der frischen Luft (teilweise überdacht).Alleine dafür lohnt sich der Besuch allemal!

I was driving from Italy to Germany and I slept in Neuenburg am Rhein. After having had dinner, I found this nice place, held by italians, that served me a very nice ice-cream at a fair price. I say: Yes! Very good ice-cream.

Nice and tasty cakes , homemade, like you can find only in Germany. As a French , I would eat them at any hour, not only for the coffee break. We will come back.

I live in this city and go to this cafe almost every day. It is conveniently located, has spacious and comfortable indoor and outdoor seating. Coffee and icecream are nice, but the sweets are exceptional: all cakes and bakery are homemade. Thus not only the Italian sweets but also German cakes are as good as you hardly find in any bakery. The selection cannot be that big but whatever is there you can trust has an excellent quality. It's also worth buying cakes here to take home.
