Fantastic corn fritters! My goodness they were great. So fluffy & delicious!! All meals ordered were presented well and descent sized portions. Waitress was lovely & friendly. Fair pricing to go with it! The venue is good within itself, its a beautiful place to sit outside by the pond under the shade. Has a lovely vibe to it and recommend to anyone with young children.

Great selection of reasonably priced breakfast options. Have had the Eggs Floentine, French Toast and the Vego Breakie (which is HUGE!) and they are all very delicious and recommendable. In addition, the coffee is lovely, the Persian Rose tea is beautiful and they even offer lactose free milk for iced coffee/milkshake options. Thankfully the service is as good as the food, with helpful, friendly staff making Monents well worth a visit.

This is well positioned on the beach front with fantastic views of the ocean. This is a dog friendly cafe so we decided to have a morning family breakfast. There were lots of tables both inside and outside the cafe but chose to sit in the sun. This area is elevated above the beach so it provides a great backdrop whilst eating or enjoying a coffee. The service is extremely prompt and the meals were tasty and fresh. We had a range of breakfast specials 'meals' and we all enjoyed them. By the way, they make the best coffees and would definitely be returning

we have been here a few times, it is right on the ocean with free parking and quite a lot of it, the Café is growing with plenty of outside parking although very hot in summer and there are some umbrellas to assist with the shade, there would be seating for about 20 on the inside, perhaps another 40 outside under shade and another 20-30 right out front in the sun. The menu was good, not just burgers and the like, waffles, arancini balls that were a fantastic vegetarian option. The service was excellent and very genuine, just about 100% female front of house crew, you can see through the service window the food being prepared and being placed at the pass, it is well prepared and finished in a professional way with nice garnishes and sauces, someone knows how to finish an order.Cold water and glasses are free inside, they have an extensive made on premises cold drink range that we thought was a bit too expensive, $9 for a large milkshake, around the same price for a smoothy or berry drink, although there was a normal drinks fridge for coke and the like for the normal $3-$4 range. The Café is only 30 metres from the ocean so an easy walk, it is elevated so good views, there is a large lawn area with a playground across the road for kids to play on so it really is a great spot and we enjoyed our meal.

We've actually visited twice this weekend. Once on Friday for cocktails and a meal with friends then again today, Sunday, for a stop off when walking the dogs. Both experiences were really good. Sandra and her staff looked after us very well and were very friendly and attentive. We asked for a few minor changes to the meals and nothing was too much trouble, unlike The Boat who say it's 'impossible' to change wedges on a meal for chips.. Hmmm... That's just very very poor service and an even worse attitude. On Friday we had the pizza specials and the wasabi chicken and also the paella. Best paella that I have ever had, absolutely delicicious. Pizza base would have been a little better if a little crisper but still an 8/10. Wasabi was very good, huge portion for a light bite. Now then... The cocktails... Let me just say "YUMMY"... I'm so excited for next weekend when we will be back to try the ones we didn't sample! They were ALL very very good but our fave was the espresso martini... Lordy that was excellent!! Today we stopped off whilst walking the dogs as this is a dog friendly establishment, even going so far as to having beds for the dogs to use! How cool is that? Not that ours wanted the beds as they were too busy eating the healthy, home cooked biscuits they got. We had the tasting plate, which at $45 was a huge, delicious plate of sea food, chorizo, beautiful bread and dips etc. and also the lamb shank which had the most delicious gravy. Thanks for providing us with somewhere friendly and customer focused with excellent food and even better cocktails!

My wife and I shared the calamari and the "funghi and squeak" (mushrooms and grilled haloumi) salad. Both were very good. We sat outside overlooking the sea enjoying the breeze. The service was friendly and attentive. No compaints at all except perhaps for a little more salad with the calamari.

Hardware cafe is now open for Dinner. Very good prices. Nothing over $20.00. We had calamari and octopus for starters. Both were done perfectly. Soft and tender. Mains we had the barramundi. The fish melted in the mouth. With two cokes total cost was $69.00.

When you have International visitors and out and about sightseeing it often gets to 2 - 2.30 pm before you're thinking about lunch. This is a most difficult time in Perth with so many venues closing kitchen service between lunch & dinner or simply closing the kitchen at 2 - 3 pm.Here it was no hassles plus its licensed so an even better reason to sit and relax.I must admit my cousin was astounded at the amount of sea food on his share platter so much so he had to have a takeaway dessert as he didn't want to miss out. Service was friendly and prompt with a choice of inside or outside seating. All our meals were excellent as was the coffee and dessert. So good I'm returning there this week with friends.
