We had the absolute pleasure of having lunch and breakfast at Mugg & Bean in Middelburg on four occasions.In general, we were not once disappointed with the level of service or the quality/quantity of our meals at any Mugg and Bean Café around the country.Mugg and Bean in Middelburg certainly live up to the great expectations we have from this franchise.The menu is extensive, filled with interesting and wholesome dishes and caters for all palates. The menu is reasonably priced in comparison to the high quality of the meals. On each occasion the service was friendly, efficient and unobstrusive.The restaurant boasts a charming and lively ambience. It is the perfect place for a quick business breakfast or lunch.We will be back!

This coffee stop is usually busy, especially on weekends, but the queue moves quickly. Although mainly a take away, seating is provided. Besides the excellent coffee, once can expect the standard Mugg & Bean décor and offering. Ready to go meals include wraps, quiches, sweet treats, snacks, sandwiches, etc. We enjoyed a cappuccino and a macchiato â which were executed perfectly. A counter is stocked with warm milk, filter coffee, cinnamon & spice to sprinkle on coffees. Ideal for good coffee en-route.

What a gem! I did not expect to find this level of sophistication, elegance, attention to detail and service in the little hamlet of Wakkerstroom, Mpumalanga. We had a light lunch of quiche and salad and were so impressed that we went back for a romantic anniversary dinner ... the same day! Gill (sp?) was the front of house manager and she is a real find. The chef (ex Mount Grace) is phenomenally talented and the wait staff, while still inexperienced, are very attentive. Thank you all for making our trip so scrumptious!

I commute daily between Witbank and Middelburg. Whenever possible, I stop on the eastbound Shell Ultra Caffe Vida for my favorite takeaway capachinno. The ladies who work at the Caffe know me well by now and there is always a friendly greeting each time I make a stop. I love the little complementary chocolate, which I mix into the coffee. This gives it a special flavour and takes the coffee experience to the next level.
