If you want to have a delicious coffee in Ramsar, Milakoy's cafe is a great option. Fresh cakes are prepared in the cafe. You can occasionally see an oven bake a cake and enjoy its fragrance. This cafe has a variety of cold and hot drinks as well as snacks & burger. Be sure to try it, it's great

in spite of introducing Angel as a restaurant it is actually Cafe shop , too limited food like as sandwich listed in the menu but the atmosphere and main manu introduce angel as a cafe shop . cafe shop is located in old Ramsar hotel which is too attractive by herself , inside decoration and atmosphere is also attractive and interesting , there area also a big balcony with seats and tables that is used by cafe shop . after a visit of museum ( king palace) , mineral bath ,....Angel offer you an enjoyable break for a hot or cold drink , ice cream,...in a pleasant location .

There is no one to operate the lift for disabled people. The lift is just there without use. We ordered the food and they brought us yoghurt and bread which I found a dead mosquito attached to the plate.Received the food with a noticeable delay as there were only a few guests present and apparently not enough staff.Finally we were overcharged and the bill was not right. When I mentioned that problem, waiter offered me to give me drinks instead of paying back the amount. I insisted to get the money (It happened to me again 2 weeks earlier at the sister orkideh restaurant in Karaj). It took almost 10 minutes but still no refund therefore we went to the cashier and asked the refund. Obviously 2 rude girls were sitting (didn't bother to stand up) and felt no regret to waste our time and simply said it happens. Avoid this Orkideh chain restaurant. It was my last time going to any of their branches.Dear MaxnabauWe want to sincerely apologize for your negative experience in our restaurant.We're extremely sorry that you had to face such difficulties, problems in customer service is not something we are known for. This place is very busy and crowded so we decided to go for lunch. Grilled shrimp with lightly cooked vegetables and little amount of delicious fries was very good. It came with sweet and sour sauce. I ate them with lemons.Penne with chicken was good but heavy.Garlic bread was very good like thin cheese pizza. Mojito was very good.
