We always call for a drink here on the way back from the beach, we have eaten too and the food is great! Maria always makes us feel welcome! Itâs on the quieter road to the beach adjacent to the Strip, worth looking for.

We are visiting Vilaeti every time when we come to Crete - not only for the great traditional food, cute design and pleasant atmosphere, but also for the friendly and attentive service of the owners, Aliki and George. Btw. in case you have one too many rakis to drive yourself back down from the mountain, you can also check the wonderful studios adjacent to the restaurant and sleep it off in the peace and quiet of Lassithi mountains :)Thank you very much!

Went for a late afternoon snack as my hubby fancied the fish and chips after seeing the pictures on Facebook. I was going to have calamari until I saw it was frozen squid rings so opted for the fish sandwich instead. The food was just ok, have eaten much nicer fish and chips for less money. The salads look nice though and the coffee is very good and the place spotless.
