Lanttulaatikko vetinen.
Kauppakeskus Veturissa sijaitseva Cafe Sepostopol tarjoaa laajan valikoiman oman leipomon tuotteita. Itse valitsin kahvin lisäksi vadelma leivoksen joka oli ihan mukavan makuinen, tosin pohja oli aika kuiva. Kahvila on keskeisellä paikalla kauppakeskuksessa.
Cafe Ruukitar is an organic bakery shop and a cafeteria. You can taste local organic products here or take them home. Their bread and buns are extremely delicious. The cafeteria is situated in an old factory building and the interior of the cafeteria is very interesting. Remember to visit Taideruukki Art Factory boutiques on the second floor, too. I love this place because it is so charming!

Lounas-Halli is a 16-year-old restaurant located inside the market hall, where we offer tasty home made lunch. Our menu changes weekly and the daily menu includes 2 soups, a buffet with at least 3 dishes and a salad buffet. We buy the ingredients from the
This restaurant is quite hard to find. It is situated behind another restaurant (behind Aseman Vintti) on the second floor of the railway station. They had a very nice lunch buffet (the whole buffet 9 euros, only soup and salads 8 euros, only soup or salads 7 euros). Self-baked bread, milk, home-brewed beer, dessert and coffee/tea are included in the price of the buffet. Service was also nice.Toilets on the second floor were the dirtiest toilets I have ever seen in Finland. I hope that they will repair those toilets soon.
After a long trip it was a pleasant experience to just sit there and enjoy great desserts with coffee. Maybe offers also lunch earlier by the day?
Café Bar Naapantura Kouvola is the newly (April 2019) renovated cafeteria in the city center of Kouvola. They have two floors and a large summer terrace on the pedestrian street Manski (Kauppalankatu). They serve salads, pies, buns, pastries and cakes. Their selection isn't big but their quality is very good. Nowadays they also have a good coffee selection and even wines. They are open until late.I visited this renovated cafeteria for the first time yesterday. It seems to be much cozier and much more modern than earlier. I ate salmon pie and cheese cake. Both of them were very delicious. Next time I will taste lunch salad. They have another Naapantuura cafeteria in the shopping center Veturi.
The place may look a little drab from the outside, but the atmosphere is very warm&welcoming, and the food and beverages served are not at all bad! They also make proper coffee (espresso, cappucino and the likes), and they make it well, too.Right in front of the railway station, also great if you want to grab a coffee to go.
A samll peral hidden in the center of Kouvola. Very cosy & comfort environment, good service, good servings. Kiitos vierailustanne ja hyvää kesä jatkoa. Tervetuloa uudestaan!
