The community took its name in the 18th century from a local tavern named the King of Prussia Inn, which was named after King Frederick the Great of Prussia. Like the rest of Montgomery County, King of Prussia continues to experience rapid development. The largest shopping mall in the United States, the King of Prussia Mall, is located here. Also located here is the headquarters of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission Region I. King of Prussia is considered to be an edge city of Philadelphia, consisting of large amounts of retail and office space situated at the convergence of four highways.

Corner bakery is open from morning to mid or late afternoon. Breakfast is served until 11 AM except on weekends, when you can get breakfast all day. You place your order (with any changes) and it is brought out to you. Metal flatware and ceramic plates makes a much more desirable eating situation. Small variety of coffees with several items to add to there usual decent selection.They have a variety of salads, sandwiches, wraps and more: each served with potato, chips or fruit.Food is made fresh.Good value

We thoroughly enjoy our meals here at the Gateway Cafe 2! Everything from the waitresses, Courtney and Heather are our favorites to the food which is always delicious. The owners, Peggy and Ronnie are awesome!They treat everyone like family. The food is so delicious that it is packed on Saturday and Sunday mornings. It is reasonably priced and family oriented It is only opened till 3 o'clock on the weekdays and 2 on the weekends

Went last weekend - very good and well worth the price. Bowl was fresh and very tasty. Smoothie was fresh with no sugar added - only natural ingredientsWill absolutely return when in the area.

My cousin is a huge fan of macarons so I took her here for a treat, and it was pretty good. Personally, I don't care very much for macarons but even I enjoyed the mint chocolate one. we got a box of six - came in a cute pastel colored box. Also got a box as a gift - looks pretty and makes a nice gift.

The staff is super friendly at this Starbucks! Very quick service too! My co-worker ordered a Mocha Frappuccino and she was very pleased. I ordered a Pineapple Infused Black Tea, Unsweetened. I was not very impressed as it tasted like Pineapple flavored plastic. Will return because service was so great and very friendly staff!
