Stopped here for some fresh malasadas. They are made to order, so they are nice and warm to eat! Cream filled ones are good. Also the prices on the other menu options looked halfway decent as well. Cheap by Maui standards and seemed popular for breakfast.

Maui's homegrown cafe featuring locally inspired cuisine, organic coffee and other tasty treats! #pikocafemaui
We ate here numerous times while on vacation. Lunch is much better than breakfast. Highly recommend the Mochiko Chicken, and the Ono-Ono Shakes (peanut, banana, chocolate). Each lunch comes with the main dish, two scoops of rice, and a scoop of macaroni salad (very typical local lunch). Tried a few different items (Katsu Chicken, Mahi-Mahi, Mixed Plate). Really thought the Mochiko chicken was the best. Talking with the staff, they also thought the Mochiko chicken was what they did the best.

Great coffee and a really attentive server. The oxtail soup was delish. Went back another day for eggs Benedict - solid. The real star had to be the salad dressing...some sort of fresh herb, maybe sweet basil. Amazing.
A bright and cozy cafe located across the street from a beautiful beach in South Maui. We make daily specials and offer vegan and gluten-free dishes. As much as possible we use local, organic products.
My husband and I picked up a couple of wraps for lunch today. Wow! Delicious!I highly recommend the "Honey Girl" and the "Maria" wraps. Great for taking to the beach or picnics. You won't be disappointed...

Weâve had shave ice in various places in Hawaii and this is our favorite. I highly recommend the coffee flavored one with ice cream on the bottom. You can even add cream to the top if you like the extra sweetness. It is delicious! The serving is quite large. We usually share because it is too much for one person.
