Located in South Pointe Casino. One of the less expensive options for eating here. Were here a year ago and had a good experience so returned. First night in town. I had the open turkey sandwich with dressing. Decent quality and good portion. Nothing memorable though. Wife had a sandwich. Service perfunctory. Prices fair.

My cousins are locals and drove me to the gas station for a snowcone - I don't even really like snowcones, but Purple Penguin is NOT your ordinary snowcone...first off the ice is fantastic...instead of chunky ice that cuts your mouth, this ice is shaved paper-thin and melts in your mouth!!! THEN, the flavorings in cones are usually syrupy tasting with an aftertaste...I tried my and the two people I was with - all three of our flavors were TANTALIZING with NO aftertaste...oh delish! Finally, I took advantage of the opportunity to add ice cream to mine - oh yeah!!! GREAT decision!!! I would definitely go again!!!
Cozy little local spots located in Inspirada. Friendly staff.. Nice selection of breakfast and lunch options and they also have a vegan menu as well.. Nicely decorated as brightly colored seats liven the place. The turkey pesto panini and espresso were quite tasty.Great local business to support if you're ever in the area!

The French toast was wonderful, not soggy, the cream cheese frosting was good enough to eat with a spoon! The eggs Benedict the Mr ordered were on a hoagie style bun, so delicious except for the roll. Coffee good and cups refilled often! Service was friendly, place was immaculateâ this appeared to be a local favorite away from the tourists! Will definitely return.
