$30 worth of greasy fish and chips - went in the bin. Do not recommend at all. Was very disappointing.
My uncle Bob's 90th was held there yesterday. Nice food, decor a bit industrial but chic, great coffee and good staff. Their air conditioning was not working, on a 38oC day - they pulled in a big portable blower, and several fans, so it was warm but OK and full points for trying. Will definitely try again next time I'm in the area!
Friendly staff alway welcome you. Great coffee and freshly made Turkish Rolls and the best home made sausage rolls ever. If your passing through town and have a caravan, best to park in Bridge Road just opposite the leagues club near the main canal there a nice sealed section to park , then itâs a 5 minute walk to the central plaza.Well worth it
Very disorganized. Ran out of Freak Shake ingredients by 1pm. Was advised food would take at least half an hour so didnt bother staying.Hi Roslyn, thanks for your feed back. The freak shakes are very popular and when we are busy we cannot leave the store to purchased missing ingredients. We have over 10 freak shakes on our menu so we would have only been out of stock on the one you weâre after? They were all available today apart from the unicorn freak shake as the fairy floss we purchase for this and the milk flavouring is ordered in so it is out of our control once we run out. We were very busy and cannot leave the store to purchase missing ingredients as that means a staff member has to leave and in turn makes the wait times even longer and puts added stress on the staff memebers in store as they have to take on the extra load.

We are lovers of tea so it seemed only right we stopped in here when visiting friends in Canberra. My husband commented that his 'Tuscan' breakfast was the best breakfast he has had in a long time. I had the Eggs Benedict which was also very good. I prefer my eggs slightly more funny than I received but this would honestly be my only complaint. Lovely to enjoy Earl Grey from porcelain cups - and very nice tea it was too!Highly recommended.

While the food was good overall, the service was lacking. The waitperson seemed to be too rushed to bother listening to what we had to say. This is despite the cafe not being crowded. How we wanted our tea became a real sticking point. At one stage she said that we did not want to have the tea. Very bizarre and off putting.

Excellent food, great staff and nice atmosphere. What else could you ask for? Organic options are great. Dessert was exceptional, had ice cream in meringue with beautiful berry sauce. Will definitely be back.
