A family run cafe in the heart of Ruislip. Our menu is seasonal, fresh and something for everyone whether a meat eater or vegan. Quirky, cosy and dog friendly with a beautiful garden
Amazing cafe. All the staff are so friendly and good at what they do. Very busy but efficiently managed. The food is high quality and delicious. There is literally nothing that this place could do to better itself in my opinion, it is just that good at what it does. Very highly recommend trying it out, you could not possibly regret it. Stop reading this and go there, right now! What a fabulous review and reading this to our staff makes everything betterPlease do come again and wave helloRegards The Red Onion Cafe team

This place takes humble food and elevates it to new heights! The full breakfast was outstanding; perfectly cooked, and the chilli beans were an amazing taste sensation. And to top it all off the service was perfect. I highly recommend this place!!

Took my mum here yesterday for some lunch. It was my first time sitting inside. The windows, lights and walls were absolutely filthy! There were cobwebs hanging from the lights and walls. There were spiders on the inside of the windows and the windows were dirty. Inside the lamp shades were filthy too. Our toasties were ok but I could tell the toast or machine needed a clean also as there were black spots all over it. Itâs also not cheap.

The Doll's House on the Hill is a vintage cafe and daytime restaurant situated in the heart of historic Harrow-on-the-Hill. Breakfast, lunch & afternoon tea menus. We specialise in hand crafted cakes which you can enjoy in our tearoom or have boxed to "ca
This is a really cute little cafe, perched on upon Harrow on the Hill but the food is absolutely awful. The manager/owner seriously needs to carry out quality control; you are ripping off your customers. I ordered the American pancake breakfast at £11.00. For this you get, pancakes, bacon, maple syrup and eggs. Firstly, you need to study what an American pancake breakfast is because what I was brought was not it. I kid you not, the pancakes were smaller then the scotch pancakes you buy in the shop and they were thin and rubbery. I got 2 of these along with the runniest scrambled eggs, 1/2 tbsp of maple syrup and fatty bacon. Wasps were flying everywhere and quite frankly I was happy to give them the breakfast! The vegetarian pancake breakfast was even worse! You need to pay attention to your customer feedback, your food game seriously needs to improve if you are going to charge those sorts of prices. Terrible breakfast, I won't be returning.

My wife and I were looking for somewhere to eat on a busy event day at the Stadium on a very hot day. We came across this cafe and decided to go in. What a brilliant decision that was, it was air conditioned so very pleasant even though it was very busy. The food was freshly cooked to order and was of the highest quality. The service was friendly and efficient and the prices made the visit outstanding value for money. Definitely the place to eat on future visits.

In the are for the day, one of our party had looked on Trip Advisor prior, hence where we went for breakfast. Very friendly greeting, all looked really clean, toilet facilities good, prices looked really good and the staff did all seem to be working together. Asked first would we like a drink before taking order, so all very pleasant. breakfast was hot, plentyfull and well laid out, good food. Do not know if we will be in the eara again, shame as we would go there every time. Thank you too all staff. Remember the toast is always cut corner to corner.
