Delicious custom ordered cheesecakes, including Gluten Free and Sugar Free are available. While they usually have the small single portion cupcake size cheesecakes available, larger 3 lb and 5 lb cheesecakes must be ordered, and you need to check back frequently because they do not keep good track of their orders and when they need to be ready. The building and equipment is old, and this creates issues with storage and refrigeration. The owners are nice, but are not experienced with running a business. I hope it shapes up and succeeds, but does need some streamlining and help, and possibly a visit from the health inspector, since they sometimes keep a dog there...

Pams is just a old fashioned coffee shop diner. Booths and tables with red Vinyl table cloths and chairs. Same waitress's have worked here for the 15 years I've been here. Lots of locals. Everyone is greeted by name or hello darlin. Great home cooked breakfast. Great atmosphere.

If you want southern home cooking this is the place to go. Great food and pies. We had chicken fried steak and fried catfish. Amazing. Large portions. Real homemade banana pudding! Breakfast and lunch specials. Senior specials.

There are so many places on the Square to eat - pick somewhere else! The burgers were burned/dried, fries were sub par, deli type sandwiches slim on fillings. Definitely NOT worth the high bill we paid. To top it off, the Service seemed "bothered" to serve us on a slow business afternoon (in other words, they weren't overly busy). Sadly, it's the only restaurant on Granbury's Square that I don't recommend.

My husband and I ate here based on the great reviews on Trip Advisor and are so glad we did. This is a small âMom & Popâ place (you can see the ownersâ wedding pictures on the wall if you look hard enough) that is off the beaten path. Itâs small, not fancy, and you may have a wait before youâre food is ready, but it is so worth it! We were seated immediately but told it might take more than 20 minutes to get our food because a large group was ahead of us. We both had the Chicken Fried Steak. It was delicious and the portions were huge. Make sure you order the Sweet Corn Hush Puppies and the Banana Pudding!

Enjoyed breakfast on the square with family- 7 in all, this morning. Food came out in a timely fashion and was well prepared. Coffee was strong and hot. Service is mostly behind the counter except for your prepared food when delivered. We enjoyed it and will return.
Where to eat Steakhouse food in Granbury: The Best Restaurants and Bars

We have been eating Sunday breakfast at the Firehouse cafe for about five years. Lately we've noticed a change. Where as we used to receive our breakfast before we finished our first cup of coffee now it's almost always the second cup before breakfast comes. They seem to forcused on to go orders as was the case today. We could see our food in the window while they pa ked three to go orders. As a consequence our food was cold when we finally got it. No one offered a second cup of coffee and the order (unusually) was incorrect. My husband ordered three eggs and got two. He ordered green salsa and got red. My hope is they get their act together because there is one person in this couple that is not a happy camper.
