Si tienes la suerte de que no llueve y no hace frio para estar en su terracita...perfecto!!! Si no dentro!!! Pintxo y copita de vino o vermout. Buenos pintxos y buen ambiente de Domingo a la mañana, que es cuando hemos estado. Calamares muy ricos y en la terraza...mas!!! En definitiva, como se suele decir, bueno , bonito y....barato!!!!Lo recomiendo y volveremos. Espero haberte ayudado.

Very nicely looking establishment, reminiscent of Old Paris and of an American dinner of the '50s. Plenty of exterior seating is available. We had a couple of drinks and a sandwich. Not so many pintxos to chose from, though. Some locals joined us on the exterior tables once we were seated, so we believe it is a good sign.

Very decent if you want a traditional, non adventurous experience. Itâs popular for a reason.We really liked this place but Gure Toki across the square had way better quality and inventiveness of food and we personally preferred thatDefinitely try both places if you can!

Being ranked No 1 in TripAdvisor can't be easy but after a few minutes, I totally understood why!!Don't be put off by the normal looking outside or unsmiling bar man (which I think was the owner). After a few minutes, he'll be explaining what the many tasty pintxos are & what wines he has, all in a patient & friendly manner.We had 7 amazing savoury pintxos (& we wanted to try so many more!) plus a cheesecake (which was amazing & light but just sweet enough), along with 3 red wines & an alcohol free beer. Imagine our utter amazement when the bill came to 14.80 EUR, I thought he must have calculated something wrong!! But no, that's how good value it is here.We're only in Bilbao for 5 days but I'll definitely be hoping we have time for another visit as the food was so tasty, the wines were so good & the service was spot on.Good morning SuzeyQ. We stopped here after a long day in Bilbao. We were hungry and didn't want to eat late as is the custom in Spain. This place was a pleasant surprise. We ordered the menu of the day - only 21 euros for 2. We sat outside - great people watching and wind protection. Everyone else there was a local - and they know a good value.The goat cheese salad was incredible!

Popped in for a quick snack. Pleasant service, very clean .. filled with local ladies chatting over coffee, lovely atmosphere. The main reason for my review is that over our 6 days of travel, and having tried many many pinxtos this was my absolute favourite one... Tasty beyond words..my winner...

Went for a quick lunch with my hubby, who is in a conference in this area . The owners do not speak much English, however, the hospitality does not have language barrier . They went to use internet and translate the menu, kind of. We did not mind what we have, the orders turned out to be as nice as we would like it. Very reasonably priced, very friendly . Thank you Thank you for your comment, and valuation our small Basque restaurant will be your home whenever you wish. we always try to make you feel at home despite the different languagesA greeting.
