We had coffee & breakfast after walking the Lake Matheson trail. We appetising on the plate & tasted great. You can see the mountains from our seat, can only imagine the views during snow season.

We came here for the big breakfast. The food was really good and there was plenty of it. I was really full for the rest of the day. It would be great if it was open in the evening so we could go there after ice climbing.

While spending a couple days in Fox Glacier for hiking & scenery, we walked up & down the "main drag" to look at lunch menus before deciding to eat here. The prices were excellent & suited our wallets nicely, and the views from their outdoor terrace were great for people-watching as well as for natural scenery. Service was slower than expected, but that was because the food preparation was top-notch, very fresh & worth the wait. Hubbie had a personal-sized pizza while I had (I think) a very delicious lamb burger plus side salad with local pinot gris. The meal was wonderful & I would recommend this place in a heartbeat.
