Good breakfast. And got a free giant cinnamon roll because I found a coupon in the Fort Collins visitor guide which in all honesty was the best part of the meal. Would eat there againJohn, Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us a review! We love our cinnamon rolls too! Glad to see you will be joining us again.

A family owned and operated establishment that has been around for over 25 years, yet has maintained it's authentic, cozy, and homely feel. It's a small, diner-like cafe with an old fashioned style to it. The food is prepared and cooked by the owner, Moe
We went here because we saw good reviews. I donât get that. They advertised huevos rancheros. Instead they offered a chorizo omelette that actually tasted spoiled. They served it with STALE toast.

Such a cute place in a sweet little town. The restaurant was very clean and had an upbeat, modern decor. Our waitress was always quick with refills and suggestions. The food was delicious and the portions are big. I would go back in a heartbeat.

I've been to this place several times, and I've been delighted every time. Original, extremely tasty breakfast food and first-rate bakery items. Service is great. The only problem is that there's always a wait, at least on weekends, but it makes perfect sense, and it's well worth it. This place should be rated higher.

We brought 11 of our family to the Cafe on Christmas eve for breakfast. We represented a wide variety of tastes and foodie credentials from a few amateur chefs to teenage boys with their associated appetites. The Bluebird was able to accommodate everyone's tastes wonderfully. My favorites are the skillets but my wife has to have their berry waffle each time we visit. The new owners, long time employees recently taken over, are always attentive and provide excellent service. The place in Fort Collins for breakfast, and that is saying a lot because Ft Collins has the best breakfast places in the State.
