A perfect find for travelers and locals looking for somewhere to stop for something to eat and drink on their journeys to and from the west country! With friendly staff, outside sheltered smoking area and child friendly, it really is the perfect find! Loc
This quirky little eatery is a very convenient place to stop on the way down to the west country. Plenty of parking and friendly staff. My seafood platter was ample for me, my husband's pasty was microwaved so pastry soggy. A shame but will certainly stop here again.

We Visited this morning after reading reviews, but was quite disappointed. Thereâs not a lot of choice for breakfast, and whatâs we did decide on they havenât got! Unfortunately we had to leave and go find somewhere else for breakfast. Staff very nice though.

After my husband began a vegan diet, we were certain that a simple coffee and cake out and about would become all but impossible. That was until we found this little cafe, slightly off the beaten track but worth the wander. The hostess was friendly, very helpful, and importantly to us, she was knowledgeable of the cafes products. We will certainly return when in the area.

Independent, Dog friendly cafe, quickly building a reputation for its unique and hearty breakfasts. Sat by the waters edge, on a summers day you can watch the world go by with a cup off coffee and a book, or a glass of wine with company. We believe in loc
This has been my favourite place to eat in Exeter for 12 years now. The food is always delicious and the staff are lovely! My only sadness is that you no longer do the delicious sweet chilli beef wraps you used to do when I studied in Exeter. But I also understand menus need to change! Seriously though, this is a wonderful place to eat, especially on a sunny day when you can eat outside and admire the beautiful views of the quay! Hi there, Thank you for your lovely comments! Iâm so pleased to hear you enjoy our cafe so much. I believe the beef wrap was old ownership however, we will have a look at the old menu and see if we can revive something similar ready for the winter as I have heard this before! :)Thanks again, we look forward to your return! Sat in Cosy Club for 15 minutes watching the staff faff about with only a handful of customers, I got bored and left (they knew I was there, they sat me down and gave me a menu even though I said "it's okay, I know what I want"). I went to Drakes as I hadn't been in the place for years and I will certainly be going back. To be fair to Cosy Club and their fellow Lounges they do great bacon butties, but Drakes do them even better. Delicious bacon and superb bread - ten out of ten! Oh, and they don't ignore their customers. Cosy's loss is Drakes' gain.A great review ! Thank you so much for your kind words ! I have to say our bacon butties are fab, top quality bacon and hand cut fresh bread which we have delivered daily from a local bakery. We do hope you visit again and thank you once more for your comments.

Came here on a recommendation and had a Turkish mezze salad. There's an excellent range of GF food, and just a simple salad is amazing! There are so many things to try on the menu and it's good tasty authentic food. It's not a children's restaurant and it has nothing to do with Dinosaurs! We happily got fed and enjoyed the easy cafe feel to it.

The counter staff and chef where absolutely fantastic, polite, & pleasant. Nothing it seems was too much trouble for them and the breakfast delivered was freshly cooked, with added chips at my request, which was not on the menu.Thank you so much! X

On a dreary wet Friday afternoon the Welcome delivered tasty fresh food with a smile - itâs well worth finding, just donât expect to park outside as the walk will do you good. Will be back to sample more, particularly the bewildering choice of cake - need a tasting platter
