Stumbled into Robuust! fantastic cafe, pretty busy with locals for lunchtime (toasties, sanwiches and soups). I had a great coffee, some fantastic cake typical from holland and some amazing beer too! the open kitchen really helps the staff connect with the clientele. highly recommended!

If you like a place where you can have the best pastry or baked dessert, excellent coffee served with a bit of liquor and whipped cream in a separate glass, this is it. I make it a point to come here whenever I visit Den Helder, which is every two years. Reasonable prices, excellent service, nice terrace. Good memories.

By far my favorite place in North-Holland. They provide great variety of high-quality teaâs, coffeeâs and sweet treats/goodness. The sandwiches are the best and are all fresh. Its clean, interior is great, and the staff is super friendly; especially the owner, who makes you feel welcome from the moment you step into the restaurant. Itâs the ideal place, and worth a quick stop to load up before a trip up to Texel. Otherwise itâs perfect for an afternoon lunch or drink on the stunning and sun-gazing terrace. Compared to other restaurants in the area, they offer bang for buck (value for money). Great fresh food, delicious drinks, friendly staff, and they support their local community. I'm a fan!

de decaf capuccino is prima, het ijs ook, maar er geldt een waardebonsysteem (bij elke 2,50 besteding een stempeltje op je waardebonkaart) waardoor je na besteding van 25 euro een kop koffie gratis krijgt en waarover men niets zegt. Toevallig zagen we een andere klant een stempel krijgen, vroegen naar de betekenis en toen kregen wij er ook 1. Zo hebben we al heel wat koppen koffie gemist!
