It has been situated in the Silesian Voivodeship (administrative division) since 1999, and was previously the capital of the Częstochowa Voivodeship (1975–1998). However, Częstochowa is historically part of Lesser Poland, not of Silesia, and before 1975 (see: Partitions of Poland), it belonged to the Kraków Voivodeship. Częstochowa is located in the Kraków-Częstochowa Upland. It is the 13th most populous city in Poland. W CzÄstochowie brakowaÅo miejsca, w którym dobrze czuÅyby siÄ zarówno dzieci, uczniowie, studenci, osoby w Årednim wieku czy zupeÅnie starsze. A takim wÅaÅnie miejscem jest Niebo w mieÅcie. Już od progu przyjemny i ciekawy wystrój, dajÄ cy atmosferÄ przytulnoÅci, na uwagÄ zasÅuguje zielony, zaczarowany ogródek, żeby nie rzec "ogród". Ceny bardzo przystÄpne, bodajże Coca-Cola 3,5 zÅ, kawy ok. 9 zÅ, puchar lodów 15 zÅ. Porcje bardzo duże, szczodre, dawane od serca. ObsÅuga bardzo miÅa, dbajÄ ca o goÅci ( gdy zrobiÅo siÄ chÅodniej, sama od siebie przyniosÅa koce). W pomieszczeniach wybór ksiÄ Å¼ek w dobrych cenach - do przejrzenia lub podejrzewam do kupienia. KropkÄ nad i jest też Åwietna lokalizacja, obok placu DaszyÅskiego. Jestem zachwycona i na pewno wrócÄ nie raz, zarówno by odpoczÄ Ä, jak i siÄ posiliÄ.

Went there to buy a coffee. There is McDonald's next to it but I'd rather buy in a little cafe. I tasted good so no disappointment. In the fridges, they were lots of delicious looking cakes, pastries doughnuts... I'm sure it all tastes great.

Porcje doÅÄ spore. Spokojnie wystarczy jedna. Cena przystÄpna. Może maÅy wybór smaków, ale pomimo tego czasem i tak trudno siÄ zdecydowaÄ. Standardowo czekoladowe i Åmietankowe, do tego zmieniajÄ ce siÄ, wÅród nich sorbety i mleczne. MiÅe panie z obsÅugi, można pÅaciÄ kartÄ . Kolejka zwykle niemaÅa. Lody nie sÄ bardzo silnie zmrożone.

This is the restaurant in Arche hotel. The hotel is not exactly in the center so the renown restaurants are at some 10 or 15 minutes from here. Anyway I xan say that this is one of the best restaurants in Czestochowa. Food is of high quality. Servings are generous and very well presented. My favourite is the duck i two or three different versions. The peas soup is good, some interesting starters. The wine list features a sauvignon blanc and a pinot noir that are my favourites, albeit they are not fron new Zealand. It's worth the visit even if you are not at the hotel.
