Everything about the Deli and Cicchetti Bar is a bit different. Not for them your standard FEB. I chose scrambled eggs with ground black pudding, my wife went with the smoked salmon. Both were delicious. The coffee was very good and the service excellent. There was a lovely feel about the place that positively encouraged you to strike up conversations with fellow diners.

Heather & Batch is an independent coffee house serving up locally roasted coffee, speciality teas and fresh, wholesome food in the epically beautiful South Shropshire Hills.
Visited recently for a coffee on a quiet Saturday afternoon. Had researched the place before i went but couldn't find it initially - It's so easy to miss as it looks closed as you walk up the town and walk past but don't be fooled - It's open for business and what a gem it is! Walk down the steps, through the double doors and the serving counter is right in front of you. It's a very quiet coffee shop with a lovely relaxing atmosphere. The seating is wooden but comfortable and spacious tables. The menus are clear to read and although i only had a coffee, i felt the prices chaged for the quality of the drink and the size of the drink were more than fair, actually excellent value. The girl who served me was helpful and friendly - Got told to take a seat and coffee would be bought to my table.Went for the obligatory toilet check as well - No issues. Clean and purposeful with seperate male and female facilitites. Basically this is a must visit place in Stretton and it's always important to visit and support independent coffee houses - Don't miss this one, you won't be disappointed!Thank you so much for your lovely review! It's so comprehensive and I hope gives other readers a good and honest impression of the coffee shop. Your thoughts about the visibility of the entrance is really constructive too (you're not the first to mention it either) so it's definitely something we're going to work on improving over the next few months. Thank you especially for the feedback on my team member, I will be sure to share this with them all and we hope to welcome you back again soon. Many Thanks Charlotte

The Ludlow Farmshop is NOT a restaurant. The restaurant nearby on the same site is the Ludlow Kitchen, which has a separate TripAdvisor entry. I have given this review 5 stars because of the high quality of the food sold in the farmshop, though the prices tend to be high. I was particularly impressed by the meat counter and the frozen meals. I understand that the majority of the produce is sourced locally, much from the Plymouth Estate.Thank you for your review and making the distinction between our Tripadvisor entries.I am delighted that you appreciate the quality of our food in the farm shop. You are indeed correct that we try to source as much produce from our own farms, owned by The Plymouth Estate.Hope to see you again soon.

Bakers is lovely, friendly independently owned cafe bar located in the heart of Ludlow town centre. Providing full table service, our staff have been with us for many years and are all local people. We serve the very best Organic Lavazza coffee in our bra
Heard that Bakers had started a Friday evening fish menu so thought we would try it.Absolutely amazing, unfussy, beautifully cooked seafood. We had the mixed platter which included Hake, Sea Bass, Salmon, tempura monkfish and calamari, plus Tiger Prawns and a crab and crash fish salad, yes all of that for £25 a head! Did I mention the service was excellent as well, attentive but not over the top!Donât miss out this is a fantastic, value for money experience!

Visited the tea rooms in October as a couple, had a cream tea, tea cake with tea for two. Wonderfully presented, very tasty nod plenty of water to top up the tea all at reasonable prices.Discussed gluten free options with the owner and everything on the menu was available, even gave us some carrot cake free to take back for my daughter who is gluten free. Found the whole experience wonderful, lovely ambience, room was very clean, full of knick knacks on tables and window sills, all clean, no dust anywhere, also dog friendly, will be visiting again in the future.

Wildegoose is a real gem and well worth a visit. As well as a huge collection of Violas to buy visitors can enjoy the beautiful renovated curved glass houses and a fascinating garden. The planting is inspirational especially in the late summer as the perennials and grasses are stunning. Enjoy a peaceful view as you partake of lovely refreshments in the onsite family run cafe.
