Staying away from the beach in Bondi to save money you might think you will be missing out on the avocado mash and kale smoothies weâve come to expect from Bondi - but the Bennett St Dairy will bring you back to your chia-seed happy place. The food is delicious and healthy and the service is excellent; low-key but super efficient. Itâs a small and funky space with a lime tree growing wild out the back where they hide the toilet. The juices, especially the watermelon are exceptional - go for the large, you wonât regret it.

I visited Bronte Belo recently recommended by my Brazilian friend and I did not regret it.The food was very authentic and tasty, the service was friendly and efficient. The atmosphere was very pleasant!I tasted the feijoada and prato feito and both were delicious. Next time I will try the mixed BBQ plate and cassava chips!Highly recommended.

built on a passion for quality, the Lion and Buffalo celebrates fine ingredients at affordable prices with a welcoming feel. housed in a former corner store, the cafe brings passionate locals together, and the communityâs been growing with people from all
Lovely café in South Coogee with quite a quirky atmosphere, an exceptional menu, amazing food and great coffee. I had ordered the anchor dish âbetter than sex ramenâ and it was fantastic. Staff were lovely and very helpful. Only think what bothered me was the location otherwise, please give it a go and let me know what you think. Thanks and we are so happy you enjoyed the ramen!

Went to this caffe about 10 years ago. It was terrible. After so many years & it now gets packed, thought we would give it another try.We wonât be back. I ordered an omelette cheese, tomato & spinach. I asked for a tiny amount of spinach. The backpacker waitress nodded & half smiled. The omelette was on the table within less than 2 minutes. Luke warm, hard on top & around the edges, full of spinach & pretty tasteless . Obviously pre made & sitting in a warming tray. My partners breakfast was no better. If you want a very quick breakfast with no quality go there but if you prefer quality & are prepared to wait a bit longer, DONT go there.

Six of us eating here after the Bondi to Coogee walk. The waitress was very knowledgable about the Beer and made good recommendations to each of the group. I enjoyed the three egg omelette which had chorizo, spanish onion and mozzarella cheese. Absolutely delicious and went down well after a long walk. All members of our group had different meals and everyone seemed to enjoy each meal. There were no complaints. The waitresses were lovely and very efficient. Great place to go.

Located on the south side of Coogee is The Little Kitchen. Great and friendly service with indoor and outdoor (limited) seating. Our lunch was great and filling and chosen from the 'specials' board. Reasonable prices for Sydney eastern suburbs.Parking maybe an issue.

Where to eat Italian food in Coogee: The Best Restaurants and Bars

I visited Cafe De France in Coogee with my partner in April 2019 based on a recommendation from a lady who worked in both this cafe and another one on Coogee Bay road. The restaurant is on a back street and there are both seats outside on the street and within the restaurant. Myself and my partner both ordered the Croque-Monsieur, which the restaurant prides itself for being the the best in the world. Unfortunately, we found it to be a little bland and average at best. The waitress was a little turse, too; not very friendly when taking our order or serving us!
