As I was walking down Haddon Ave., I saw a sign for Revolution Coffee Roasters. I stopped in and couldn't have had a better conversation with the Barista about one of the products they sell besides coffee, Hank Sauce. Also the coffee was good and the ambiance was peaceful and quiet.

My husband and I look forward to visiting The Collective at least once a week for breakfast or lunch. We also enjoy stopping by their stall at the Collingswood Farmers Market. It’s our pleasure to support this female owned and operated cafe that puts heart and soul in everything they make—salads, baked goods, breakfast burritos (be sure to add pulled pork), chicken and waffles, to name a few standouts. And, oh, the honey pie!

Cafe La Maude

I often wonder why most restaurants who serve breakfast even need to print a menu. Most offer similar selections of pancakes, waffles and eggs prepared in the standard combinations. At Cafe La Maude, a menu is truly needed because they offer an inventive selection of breakfast specials. And, these breakfast specials contain a broad array of vegetables, sauces and bread that are not often found on a breakfast menu. But, most of all, the food is delicious. The prices are a little high relative to standard breakfast dishes. But, given the quality and quantity of food provided, I think the prices are reasonable. I can't wait to go back !
