The good news is that when the food arrives, it has been creatively prepared. We had a delightful, well spiced soup and bacon and eggs with fresh bread. The soup was not over-salted. The bacon would win a prize. However, the waitress forgot us, even though we were in plain sight, and we did not receive our order, or any other attention from the waitress, for 45 minutes. The cafe had other customers, but it was past the main lunch rush.

Basecamp Books and Bites is a cafe, bar, and outdoor/adventure oriented bookstore. We serve homemade locally sourced foods and have a great selection of beers, wines, and hand crafted cocktails.
I stopped in for a bite to eat while in town. I was greeted warmly by the staff and enjoyed the bright, open atmosphere of this place. The club sandwich I ordered was Great. Made with fresh natural ingredients. This is my "go to place" to eat while in Roslyn.
The food was good and the service was great. The prices are fair. We enjoyed our dinner here with friends.

Great local and truckers cafe with about 140 coffee cups for locals and truckers on the wall with their names on them. They must be doing something right. something something right
We usually stop at the Liberty Cafe when we travel to Seattle. Their smoked ham is REALLY GOOD! Pancakes tend to be hubcap size, so we usually order French toast. Endless coffee is great. Super omlets. Always cheerful staff. Clean restrooms outside (for customers, & don't forget to return the key!). Latte' stand next door. What more could you asked for?!

We stopped for breakfast on a road trip and were pleased with the Roslyn Cafe. I had the Continental Breakfast which was excellent. My husband had the Biscuits and Gravy which he said was were not the best, but not bad. The atmosphere is cozy and eclectic. Service was a bit slow.

Casual with a home town feel.
Nothing open in the area. We spotted this restaurant just before we got on I-90. We were all glad we stopped. This place has little hidden rooms and you find where you want to set. Cozy and inviting. You can shop as well for great items. The two ladies who were there were so kind and both had great smiles on their faces. Service was quick and the food was delicious. My son and I had turkey and cranberry with cream cheese. You get your choice of soup, salad or a bag of chips. Reasonably priced as well. Make sure you find this hidden jewel you won't be disappointed.
