Unfamiliar with Cirencester, we asked in a nearby shop where to go for breakfast and were directed to Lucia's. Good choice! It's a cafe so simply furnished but clean and comfortable. Lovely warm welcome! Extensive menu for a small cafe but we ordered the full English breakfast which was delicious and excellent value with good tea/coffee. It's clearly a popular place with the locals and there were some colourful characters in there! The staff were very patient with an incredibly rude lady (who I would have asked to leave) and graciously accepted her eventual apology. Highly recommend this place.
From the beautiful environment to the high quality products served, Luxe Cafe Bar exceeds all your expectations of a normal coffee shop.
My daughter& I stumbled on this beautiful cafe as we were searching for a quiet little place to have a quick bite to eat and a beverage al fresco, due to not being time rich, on our visit. The staff were cheerful and friendly and the cafe interior looked spotless and extremely modern. Our delicious sandwiches were heated and arrived with top quality China and cutlery. We also ordered a piece of home made cake/brownie each which tasted magnificent. I ordered a generous pot of tea and my daughter had a tasty milk shake. The toilet inside the cafe was absolutely spotless too. We would certainly return when next in Cirencester and highly recommend this establishment. ...& we are so glad you stumbled upon us!! It was lovely meeting you and your daughter, and although you may not be local, we look forward to your next visit.

Shame they do not have a dog friendly spot inside. Dog friendly in the yard but dogs not allowed inside and could not find dog access to tables overlooking lake. After saying that the breakfast was good, a little expensive, but well cooked. Service friendly and free daily papers to read. Toilets clean and tidy. Very well supported for a Tuesday but lots of room for all. Will most certainly return if in area as parking free and plentiful.

I moved from Edinburgh where we're spoiled with a high quality, hugely diverse food scene. My attitude towards Cirencester restaurants has been indifferent until I came across this absolute gem! - Quality of ingredients and diversity of menu is delightful! - Everyone who works there is so friendly and accommodating - so much so that we've begun hosting some of our work meetings and small events here. - Food is incredible and is worth well more than the prices they charge. - Vegan & veggie friendly I only wish they were open for dinner too!Wow! Thanks for your kind review. Your eye for everything we provide is well received - we love hosting work lunches and meetings here during the week so weâre glad youâve decided to do just that. We strive to provide food to cirencester that is quality, affordable and not the usual, thanks for picking up on that. Weâll be open 7 days a week and evenings very soon and canât wait to see you for dinner. Cheers

Whatever you're craving, from lunchtime feasts to a business meeting over coffee, refueling after a long bike ride or walk around our beautiful countryside we'd love to welcome you. The food we produce changes daily, depending on the weather and time of y
Overall was very disappointed with my experience. I came on a Sunday morning for breakfast as we couldnât be seated on the Saturday the day before. Finally got to experience it after hearing so many great reviews. Unfortunately apart from the quality of the produce nothing impressed me. The service was poor and slow. We were not informed that they had run out of mushrooms for the breakfast until we asked why they werenât on our plate. The toast came out as we had almost finished our breakfast. The food was ok but thatâs purely because it was from the farmshop. There wasnât anything special about the way it was cooked and presented. If anything parts of it were underdone and other parts were overdone such as the sausages which are supposedly stars of the show. I ordered a flat white coffee which came out very below standard, personally I believe that if you take the time to make the coffees they should be made right not just a terrible rush job where they have reheated the milk a number of times. I think there is so much potential for this place it just needs to up its standards and not just rely on the fact that they have some great quality produce. Either that or you can do as I will in future just buy the stuff from the farmshop and go home and cook it yourself! We are very sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your visit to us last Sunday. We pride ourselves not just on our quality product but also our service so we are apologize that we let you down on this occasion. The directors have taken serious note of your complaint and have put in place improvements to prevent this happening again.

AV8 Restaurant, based at Cotswold Airport, Kemble is a fantastic location to grab a refreshment and take in the sights. You often see fast military jets here or even F1 Testing. Frequented by celebrities, its a truly interesting place to hang out, kick ba
A much loved family treat denied to us with the recent unfortunate storm damage. We paid a much anticipated return today and were met with a such a list of negatives that we will probably not return despite its superb, priviledged location. 1. One can now not park and view the airfield.2. The menu (breakfast) is extremely limited3. Prices are now ludicrous ( additional soggy slice of bacon was 80p).4. The toast was limp and cold5. The (bread) rolls were dry, the bacon fatty, limp and very minimal (2 slices in my roll).6. The backed beans were dry.7. Despite Hot chocolate being on the menue, there was none.8. Our table wobbled badly. There was a napkin under the leg, but the problem was the pedestal was not securely attached to the table top.9. The seat of the gents toilet was not attached to the pedestal.10. The impressive Dyson hand dryer did not work at all - despite being switched on!All in all a most dissapointing AND EXPENSIVE trip that will NOT be repeated! My advice, sadly is to try elsewhere

A friendly cafe offering a good selection of meals from All Day Breakfast, to Jacket Potato, Soup of the Day, Breakfast Bap, Omelettes, Toasted Sandwiches, Burger and chips, Scampi, Lasagna, Liver and onions, Kids meals, Mug of Coffee, Pot of Tea, Cold Dr
I reviewed this Cafe some time ago and it has changed ownership and really pulled itself up to a good standard. I am delighted to say it has a coffee machine!! And the coffee is delicious. Plus there are now several different type of tea......from Breakfast to Floral! The menu has been tipped on its head. Very much smaller but with a good choice and there are some interesting dishes for Veggies and Vegans....not the usual ''something and cheese''! Greek salad with olives, feta and other goodies are crisp and crunchie......no flabby lettuce here. The finishing touches are what makes their meals special. My bacon sarnie came with delicious crisp chips and a small salad - the surprise was the dressing.....a hint oif grain mustard tickled my taste buds.I could go on waxing lyrical about the Old Cafe but it's over to you....Give it a try. Charming staff are there to please and the Chef has a London background in his cooking and attention to detail.Slightly off the beaten track but now a weekly regular stopping place and worth it.Many thanks for your wonderful review. We hope to see you again soon.

There is limited seating inside but plenty of outside seating making it perfect for dog walkers. The coffee is wonderful and the homemade food is always piping hot and delicious.
