Just a simple kitchen with cheap home made food. A great place for a very cheap and hot bowl of soup but my recommendation has to be the Pierogi. It was fantastic. We had Pierogi Ruskie and Pierogi with meat and both were delicious.

Tasty cakes and other desserts, good coffee, quality service and great interior. Not the cheapest of places, but not too expensive either. Right around the corner of the main square of the district which is probably the second most popular tourist destination in the city.

Sit by the window with your coffee (and cake if you want) and enjoy your view of people of kato's daily life. Personally haven't tried the food but surely enjoyed my time and the coffee might be the best one I had in kato yet.

Very cosy restaurant with polite and bubbly service who speaks english very well. Nice variety of dishes - both traditional Polish ones and european.
