It is a regional center of the traditional Slovenian region of Styria and the administrative seat of the City Municipality of Celje (Slovene: Mestna občina Celje). The town of Celje is located below Upper Celje Castle (407 m or 1,335 ft) at the confluence of the Savinja, Hudinja, Ložnica, and Voglajna rivers in the lower Savinja Valley, and at the crossing of the roads connecting Ljubljana, Maribor, Velenje, and the Central Sava Valley. It lies 238 m (781 ft) above mean sea level (MSL).

One of the best icecreams I ate in Slovenië. Good taste and structure. Choosing was hard for because I could understand all the tastes (they where in Slovenian), but the lady let me taste some. There are a lot of icecream to by in Celje, but I would reccomend this one!
MCC kavarna is usually full of young people, which always create positive energy and good atmosphere. The staff is very friendly and communicative, so won't have any problems. Kavarna offers a variety of alcoholic bewerages and non-alcoholic drinks, with some delicious fast-food stuff, you only have to choose right. It's really a cool place to hang out and spent some quality time, so don' miss this place if you're in Celje.
