The Druie takes its name from the burn(river) that rushes behind the restaurant and always seems in a hurry to carry clear, sparkling mountain water from the Cairngorms to the River Spey. We are open daily 9.30am - 5.00pm for locally roasted coffee, local
is part of the estate and located next to the shop. cosy and snug atmosphere. well visited with comfy furniture. staff is very friendly and efficient. opted for the Cullen slink and a salmon sandwich. the soup was delicious and well filled. the sandwich made of chunky bread and well filled. not a cheap place but well worth the money.

Had a lovely lunch in their sunny courtyard before heading to Carounn Distillery for a tour - 10 min drive away (highly recommend it). I had the Merchants platter and partner had a bagel. Been before for coffee when it was winter and had fire going so was nice to sit outside for a change - both experiences really nice. My only point would be that the price of the bagel it would be nice to get a small side salad as well as the crisps as we felt £8.50 was on the expensive side for what it was. My platter was nice but again one slice of bread (cut in half ) wasnât enough but they gladly provided me with another slice. It was certainly busy for a Tuesday - glad we arrived when we did to get a seat outside. Saw others having a glass of wine - would have been so nice if I wasnât driving. Friendly, pleasant staff

Not really vegetarian friendly with 3 veggie choices on the menu. Servers were friendly on arrival. Dog friendly. Sandwiches are average and if you want a cheese and chutney sandwich may as well buy from the tesco. I would have ordered something else but as the servers never came round to ask or asked how the food was so I wasn't given the opportunity. Pity. Paid, left and bought something at the Tesco.

An award winning centre in the heart of Speyside, Attractions include a Gift Shop, Exhibition, Art Gallery, Antiques Shop, Traditional homely food served all day in the Clootie Dumpling Restaurant, Freshly made soups are a favourite and of course Starthsp
The Heather centre was virtually destroyed by fire and has managed to survive over the past 3 years utilising what remained. A lovely tea room serving homemade food, very tasty sandwiches! The red squirrel arrives at regular intervals and there are lots of woodland birds to be seen. A small garden centre remains with unusual plants. Lots of unusual garden pots to be had and an antique shop. The new place will open in August (fingers crossed) and will be amazing !! Good luck with the new venture and will see you all in August, new build or not.

An established cafe/restaurant in Carrbridge. Serving Breakfast and lunches as well as freshly ground coffees and delicious home made cakes. Wherever possible our produce is locally sourced and all freshly prepared by Kate and her "Kitchen" team
This was my first visit to Carrbridge Kitchen though it did come highly recommended. I was greeted warmly and seated near the stove which was a bonus as Iâd been outside all morning. I was spoiled for choice on the menu and went for the (recommended) tomato, cabbage and bean soup accompanied by a panini. Both were delicious and I have to say it was possibly the best panini I have ever had. I also had a good coffee. I would definitely go back to try something else although Iâm not in the area for long. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.
