Muy buen servicio. Buena calidad de platos. Muy recomendable el servicio de té. Los sandwiches son deliciosos, el de pan de nuez extremadamente fresco, exquisito. Una lástima que no abran los domingos. Muy recomendable

If you're going to the Botanical gardens, this is just around the corner and worth a stop. The food is well prepared and the service friendly. The chairs are comfortable. I had a torta, which we would call a quiche, with ham, cheese, and tomatoes. It came with a salad, olive oil and balsamic vinegar (they don't have "dressings" here). Try the jingebra, carrot juice, orange juice, and mint drink too. Not too sweet and very refreshing. For dessert a flan, quite thick like quesillo with dulce de leche. Plus you can sit outside on a side street with minimal traffic and enjoy the breeze. My bill came to 310 pesos or just under $10 for a three course meal and drink.

This place was very busy for lunch, and service was fast considering. The asada was overcooked for my taste, and was very tough. The chorizo was okay but nothing special. The pork roast was very dry, and the stuffing wasn't well distributed so you would get one bite with rosemary, then carrots, etc. instead of having it mixed and evenly distributed so the flavors blended and complimented each other.There have to be better places in Montevideo with better meat.

Recommended spot overlooking freezone park with quick lunch burger, sandwich or salad menus. While not a huge menu if has some variety and it"s pretty spot to disconnect and enjoy nice view
