This has to be the best new restaurant Iâve been to in a long time. Lots of menu options that cater from vegan to meat options as well! They even have the impossible patty, that I now like better than real meat! The chia pudding is also to die for! Must try this place.

If you haven't tried the newest dessert craze yet - liquid nitrogen-produced ice cream, then here is a new place that will give you the opportunity to do so. Select your flavor and whatever ingredients you desire, then they will make the concoction turn into ice cream right in front of you by freezing it with liquid nitrogen. Really smooth, dense and very flavorful. I personally like it just as much as any authentic italian gelato, mid-western frozen custard or any deluxe ice cream that I have ever had. Slightly more expensive than a Baskin Robbins or Ben & Jerrys, but about the same as Cold Stone. But you need to try it once yourself - and then decide how often you may want to splurge again. This particular location can be VERY NOISY inside, but does have outside seating. Sometimes it can be very difficult to find a parking place in the Brea Plaza Shopping center where this store is located. It's right off the 57 freeway at imperial - East side of the highway, opposite from the Brea Mall..Kids really love watching the cloud of "smoke" from the mixers as the nitrogen is applied!

After months of checking out pics of their brioche french toast I decided to give it a try. While it was flavorful, the thickness of the bread really threw me off and it was difficult to eat more than half. The chilaquiles on the other hand were terrific. We spent $40 for 2 entree, coffees plus tip.

I have been to Nordstrom Cafe's since the first opening in California. I'm a flight attendant who has been to all across the United States & the Original in Washington State. Everything I used to order on the menu was no, no, & no. Sad to see the famous clam chowder gone. The tomato basil soup was tasty. My $11.00 small glass of wine- TOO PRICY!! However, the Nordstrom standard of GREAT service hasn't changed. Loved our server!!
